Good Morning CGs!

Sorry I've been incognito for a few days. Keeping busy with the house and kids, etc.

Tommy, hope your mother had a nice time with the bday party.

Marcus, hope the CC company gets you back your dough. I realize $6k is mere pocket change to a man of your stature, but that's at least 3 if not 4 lunches for me.

Letty - I've never named a motorcycle, but Bob is a very suitable name for one

Got a quote for some yardwork from a "professional" landscaper. Looks like I'll be doing some landscaping soon...lol. Tommy, tell Sue I have a job for her. Don't worry about the commute.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good Morning gang.

Looks like a nice day here in N.E. Indiana.
Today is the 74th anniversary of D Day.
Had power to the garage fixed yesterday. It was popping the breaker lately. Turned out the buried cable had got worn through and was shorting our where it turned to go around the end of the concrete pad.

Have a great day.

ANOTHER PRETTY MORNING IN THE NATIONS, HUMIDITY IS UP THOUGH, LOOKS LIKE THE "NICE SPELL" IS COMING TO AN END. THE BOYS ARE HOME AND GRISHEIM IS RETURNING TO NORMAL, CAT IS BACK IN THE HOUSE. THAT BIG BROWN DOE IS HANGING AROUND THE PLACE LIKE A HOUSE PET, SHE'S GOT A FAWN PARKED IN THE WOODS BEHIND THE HOUSE I BET.

#2 GRANDDAUGHTER'S SOFTBALL GAME WENT S-L-O-W. FIRST YEAR OF "GIRL PITCH" LOTS OF WALKS AND STOLEN BASES. THEY DID WIN THOUGH AND SHE GOT TWO HITS.

#5 GS HAD A LOT OF FUN WITH HARVEY, HE IS DEFINITELY THE PICK OF THAT LITTER, WITH HIS SISTER A VERY CLOSE SECOND.

#2 GRANDDAUGHTER AFTER A RIDE IN THE TOMATO: "I WANT THIS CAR WHEN YOU DIE." ME: "YOU CAN'T DRIVE A STICK-SHIFT." HER: "I CAN LEARN." SHE MAY HAVE TO FIGHT HER BROTHER FOR IT :-)

I vote of course to give the granddaughter the car :D

Stick shift cars were never a problem for me. The clutching and all that crap on the bike confused me. Why is first gear down but the others up? I know, bf explained it but still. And, why is the hand brake on the same place as the throttle? Stupid. Every time I squeezed the brake I revved the thing up. I need a thumb throttle like on my four wheeler. anywho, search is on for a dirt bike, around 125cc so we can put me in a field. he did inform me last night that when I drove the harley i made it up to 40mph. I was afraid to look.

I was never comfortable on a motorsicle. Probably because I had a back injury when I was in my late teens. Been working on the new place and cutting the grass over there. It's freakin hot. 92/93 for sure. Th @$$hole weather person the other day said. "Hottest day of the year so far. How long will it last?" Till friggin November you friggin goofball. The guy we had do the sheet rock and the plumbing was a fuggin hack. He'an A/C guy I've known for years and did the A/C work on the shed. He said he had done some assorted work under a general contractor and he could do the sheet rock, plumbing and drain field. What a friggin disaster.

CRASH .......... Dogs just knocked over a 4' x 8' plate mirror onto the 928 .......... Just what I needed ...........

Hey guys...Haven’t done much today. Headed over to my lumber supplier to pick up some router bits I had sharpened. Then stopped at Harbor Freight and dropped a few dollars. Then went to have a massage. Tonight, #3 will be giving me a haircut. Tomorrow Rosie will be returning for dance recital Saturday evening.

Was much hotter today, low 90s and higher humidity. Need to head over to #3s for the haircut.

Metal is stronger than glass. No visible damage to the Porcha. The dogs cornered some critter behind the glass. Also behind the glass were left over marble counter pieces and a couple of stone tops that I'm saving to use somewhere. lol. The sheet tipped onto the car and broke when the big dog tried to get into a little space. Never did see what the critter was. I just know that all the dogs wanted a piece of it. I was saving that full sheet of glass for another unknown at this time project. All is well. No dogs were hurt either.

Howdy! Had another very busy day. A nice coma sounds appealing.

Glad the 928 won the battle, Tommy.
