Amateur! A true pro knows exactly where the ibuprofen is.

Intermittent thunderstorms and showers has been the weather of late. Typical summer pattern. All is green in the valley ... if Florida was to have a valley ........... We have gullies. lol Good ol' gully washers .....

My neighbor the biologist pulled over to chat last evening. You just never know what you'll find in his pick up bed. Yesterday it was a 4 ft. tied gator suffering from some kind of new skin ailment. It's off to the lab with that one to do some testing. Always something new finding it's way into the eco system down here, like flesh eating bacteria and viruses. Amazing stuff.

Morning guys...Well, we were sitting outside on the front porch last night until the storm moved through. When she moved through, she came with a vengeance, 70mph winds and driving rain. This morning, we find we got 2 inches....that's great as we really need it.

Rosie is off doing a 2k walk in the next town over. There is a rodeo parade here in town in a little bit....we'll walk down for that.

Drive safely Marcus! Prayers still headed your way Gris.

hi guys1!!!

Sorry I haven't been around in a while... the software still won't let me log in from work, and I built a new desktop and couldn't remember my damned password... so, finally, got some time (and space) to set up the laptop and do some alternative surfing! And get my password.

Hope all goes great, Gris!!!

Good afternoon, all.

Best to your son, Gris.

I curbed the passenger side front wheel on Louis pretty badly last week trying to avoid a downed branch. So we bit the bullet and finally bought the summer fronts that we've avoided purchasing for almost two years.

Dismounted the damaged wheel and sent it off to the wonderful folks at Wheel Collision Center in Bath, PA. Turns out that wheel is cursed—the markings on the inside tell me that we're sending it out for the second time.

Good Evening CGs!

Picked up a sweet new chainsaw last night:

https://www.homedepot.com/p/ECHO-20-in ... insaw-CS-490-20/206050584

Spent the entire morning at Mom's house breaking it in. Felled a good sized tree and a lot of branch and brush clean up. Saw runs nice. I did an initial carb tune, but I still need to dial it in.

Came home and did work around my own house, cut the grass, and ripped out some bushes. Always something to do.

Welcome back, Andy

Hope everyone had a great day!

For that price I would think it runs pretty good. Echo is good value from my experience though Stihl is our go to brand new saw choice. Have 4 different chain saw sizes here at the house. The smallest one we have cost as much as the heavy hitter. A small lightweight one that is great for climbing up inside and cleaning up small to midsize stuff. Enjoy the saw.

Echo makes good stuff... their weed eaters are great.

I am also partial to Husqvarna.
