Hi all. I've been absent due to work versus exhaustion.
I haven't kept up with all the events on here, but I know that some of you and your families are having some difficulties.
I wish I could be more up to date, but all I can say is that I hope situations are improving.
I'm off to cut the grass again. Just did yesterday, but I'm doing it in stages to reduce the clumping of excess grass.
Hoping to get back on the vette and figure out where I left off, maybe re initiate progress.
Best wishes to all...

Hey guys...up early and off to church. Then as soon as we got back I changed clothes and got right after building the stairs for the other door. Surprisingly, things went well and we finished in about two hours. Good thing as it was getting hot. Took a shower and now we are at the other daughters house ready to leave for home.

Nice to see you Bob! Yea, there are several who have been struggling with some things...prayers still go out to them..

Well, we are about ready to head west. Later my friends.

My stuff is ALWAYS small compared to the serious issues that sometime arise in our individual lives. My thoughts go out to GRIS and others that face troubling times. Sis and BIL left back to Bradenton. Don't think my mom will be traveling much anymore. She couldn't come down with sis and BIL this time due to health concerns. For 92 the Doc says she's doing amazingly well. Couple of issues but it comes as our bodies start to wear out. Looks like I'll be driving up for a visit to Bradenton soon.

Morning all......took the Fiddysix into Church last night. Had a good run with it. Ran the AC over and just opened up the vents and wing windows for the return trip. Wing windows were a great invention...... especially if you smoked..... like I used to......

Also one of the great inventions for humanity was the bright dim light switch on the floor for foot activation..... left foot is not busy anyway....right? So give it some work..... everyone is now involved in making the car work well...... so got to make that work last night also........

Today I am working on the kitchen drawers that keep coming off the tracks...... where oh where is Tom B when I need him......

Nap time....... more later.......

Hidey-ho! So far the rain has held off long enough to mow and get some other chores done. We went and ordered some boulders to edge a mulch bed for where the grass doesn't grow anymore - that should be fun.

Enjoy the rest of your day, Gurus!

Made it home OK. Wind blowing didn't help the gas mileage any. Stopped to see FIL for a few minutes. He enjoyed seeing the two GSs and #2, as it had been a while since they say each other.

It was pretty hot all the way back thermometer said between 97 and 101 until we got about 30 miles from home, then a bit of cloud cover dropped the temps into the mid 90s.

Rosie is out doing the mowing right now....Marcus, we COULD come up and fix those for you.
