OVERCAST AND STICKY IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING. I'LL MAKE A PASS THROUGH THE FLEA MARKET AND MAYBE HIT A SWAP MEET AT THE GUNCLUB THIS MORNING. DARLING WIFE DUE BACK HOME TONIGHT.

now that's funny...... I told my wife this morning that it is hard to live with a person who has never been wrong...... she said .... I was wrong once..... hahahahaha....... she has a sly wit that one does.....

Well we are descaling the Jursa coffee machine...... best damn coffee maker we ever had.....turned me into a coffee drinker....... recommended by the Teeb....... I let my wife handle it...... she has a Masters degree to my BS degree..... so she is more qualified to do the descaling....... some heavy chem use going on out there in the kitchen......

Hot here today....... have to clean out the pickup bed......its full of mud from hauling around the 4 Trax...... then need to clean up the back area of the 56 wagon...... some scuff marks and such on the vinyl sides from the trip....

I will need a nap after all that work........ have a charming day Guru's....

WELL, THE FLEA MARKET WAS A WASH AND I DIDN'T MAKE IT TO THE SWAP MEET. DISCOVERED I HAD A TIRE GOING FLAT ON THE TRUCK AND HAD TO SEE TO THAT, THEN IT WAS TOO LATE FOR THE SWAP MEET.
CONSOLED MYSELF WITH A BACON CHEESEBURGER AND MILKSHAKE AT BRAHMS, THEN A NAPUS MAXIMUS.
LIFE IS GOOD.

hey guys...slept in some, then went for a bike ride before it got hot. Upper 60s when we rode, mid 90s now.

When we got home from the bike ride, #2 called and was talking to Rosie, she tells us one of my former students (7th grader my last year, so Jr in HS now) we also know them from church, friend of #2 GS, committed suicide last night. #2 GS says he was at the back to school dance last night and he didn't notice anything, but I guess he went home and hung himself. No other info yet. Sad,Sad situation.

WTF........ that's a tragady..... so sorry for his family and friends.....

Sorry to hear that, TB. We as adults have often forgotten what it's like to be a teenager and what they are going through. No judgement passed here, he must have been going through some tough times. Very sorry for the family.

Yea, we still don't know much. Father said he thought the funeral would be Wednesday....
