Good Morning CGs!

First off I'd like to say congratulations to John on his Top Flight award. Well done.

John, the fuel pump is a walbro and doesn't seem to be showing any signs of distress. The issue I'm dealing with is an immediate shut off of the car for absolutely no reason with no symptom or sign. Has to be electrical related.

Marcus, I find it hard to believe that you went anywhere solely for the purpose of eating pie. That is completely out of character for you and I just don't think it's true

I dumped the chemicals in the pool Sunday morning in preparation of getting it closed. Maybe I'll get it finished today. Not sure yet.

A co-worker had been admiring my Corvette and she wanted a ride. So I took her for the little jaunt this evening and I think she has the Corvette bug LOL. She said she thoroughly enjoyed it and was very happy that I took her. I told her next time she can drive. I'm just glad I actually found someone who enjoys my hobby!

Hope everyone has a great day!

I remember the days when I would go miles out of my way just to get a slice of pie ..... Back to the reality of today. Started my day off here. Something I ate yesterday didn't agree with me. I'll have to realign my schedule while my digestive tract realigns itself.

Got it, Matt. That's different than when mine died—it gave many signs …

Greetings! Sunny for now, supposed to get into the 70's today. Tomorrow does not sound particularly delightful for golf - 58 and rain. We shall see. Meanwhile, I may put the Vette away next weekend. It's hardly been driven this year, and I've done nothing to it.

Have a good day, all!

CLOUDY, COOL, AND WET IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING, LOOKS LIKE WE HAD A LITTLE SHOWER BEFORE DAYLIGHT. LOOKS LIKE SUMMER IS FINALLY GONE FOR GOOD, I HOPE---

IT'S AUTO ROTATION DAY, A YELLOW CAR WEEK COMING UP. THINK I'LL ALSO PUT THE GLASS TOP BACK ON HARVEY, I LIKE THE LIGHT AND HEAD ROOM WHEN IT'S NOT SO HOT. IN THE SUMMER I USE THE WHITE TOP SO THE AC CAN KEEP UP. IT ALSO LOOKS BETTER, BUT MY HEAD BRUSHES THE HEADLINER AND THAT'S BOTHERSOME.

My therapist says I have a preoccupation with vengeance. We'll see about that.

I think its the condenser Matt..... I don't know what a condenser is but I'm sure that's it....... I had a car long ago that would do that after it warmed up turned out it was the condenser....... I don't think newer cars have those anymore.

Ok...I did not go just for the pie....... I also went for the roasted corn on the cob dipped in big buckets of melted butter and then lots of salt and pepper........ mmmmm.......

Got the brakes finally all on and done on the GS.....it only took about a year seems like..... after 63K miles on the OEM brakes they still looked pretty good.....could have run them the rest of this year. Also changed out the brake fluid so it was time for that also. New stock rotors and Hawk Ceramic pads........ maybe less brake dust......

Still getting this week all planned out but hope there is ample nap time......cooler and cloudy with 90% chance or rain tonight. With strong winds........ and so it begins....... have a happy, Guru's.....

Morning guys....slept in again this morning, felt good. Knowing that we don’t HAVE to get up for anything is nice. Rosie made bacon, egg and tomato sandwiches again this morning.

My plan is, go play golf here in a bit. Weather is nearly perfect.....again. 57 now (9am) headed toward mid 70s and sunny to partly cloudy. They need moisture here really bad. The lakes around the property are all 2 feet lower than normal.

I hope you all have a great Monday.

Back from golf....I think I’m acclimating to the Colorado high. I didn’t ‘poop’ out and didn’t get as tired on the back 9, like I did Saturday. I didn’t play my best golf, but pretty consistent bogey, which is about what expect from myself. The wind was also present, which is quite unusual up here and it really bothered the guys I was playing with, me, I felt very much ‘at home’ with the wind blowing.

Rosie rode along with me, but once we got back she headed to the Rec center. This evening we are planning on going into town to the hot springs. We always enjoy that.

.....time for a nap.

Hope everyone's had a good weeekend/Monday/nap time ;)
I missed mine today. Selling a Corvette jacket and when I'd planned about a 2hour snooze is when he said he'd come pick it up. And hour and a half later, nothing. That crap pisses me off. Anyway, he claims he still wants it, and will come by the office to get it tomorrow. We'll see. I can't be a salesperson, I don't like people that much.
Did two and a half days' worth of 'fall cleaning' at home, much like spring cleaning except I think it's worse. Nowhere near done but it rained here for 4 days straight sort of ruined some of what I needed to do. Sun came out today hopefully the soupy ground will dry up.

Ya, Letty. I like buying but hate selling. Fortunately Sue loves doing both.
