IT'S STILL DRIPPING ON THE NATIONS, A RATHER DISMAL MORNING, WINDY, DAMP, AND COLD. I CAN'T EVEN CONSOLE MYSELF WITH LEFTOVER HALLOWEEN CANDY; WE DIDN'T BUY ANY THIS YEAR.

GOT THE USUAL FIRST OF MONTH CHORES, MOST ALL INDOORS THANKFULLY. LOOKS LIKE A GREAT DAY FOR A NAPUS MAXIMUS.

Morning guys...I can't console myself either, we didn't have any left of 400 full sized Tootsie Rolls! Pretty sure that was a record for us. The clouds cleared off overnight and the temps dropped like a rock, was 28 this morning. Supposed to bounce back to the upper 50s to low 60s today. I've got some finishing of some cabinets to do today and it would be nice if I could do that out under the awning.

Bought one bag and I gave a handful to each of the little ones that stopped by. Still have half a bag. That's why it's goo to buy a candy you like. I have Milk Duds, Almond Joy, Whoppers, Reeses Cups and a couple others from a mixed bag left over. I'm sure they will be dispensed with before the weekend is out.

Sue left a $50 pair of sunglasses on the dresser of the ships cabin when we disembarked. I filed a lost item report and so far the cruise line says they have not been located. I usually buy $20 to $30 dollar sunglasses because I have lost them overboard when fishing but have spent up to $75 once for Ray Bans once. We both learned a long time ago not to spend big bucks on sunglasses. These were Del Sols and come with a lifetime replacement guarantee if lost or broken. Too bad the serial number and guarantee were stored in the glasses case she left on the dresser of the ship's cabin.

Sorry about glasses.....i used to buy cheapie's but then the eyesight started to go and now have a pair of sunglasses with my prescription lenses in them and so am very careful where I put them......since they cost like 300 bucks........ hmmm...... I better go find those......

Holy moly Teeb......that's crazy......we had 3 kids this year.....almost a record for us...... guess I will have to finish off that big bag of candy..... darn.....

Perfect fall weather here but we hear that rain is coming on Saturday and they even said the S word....... I can't believe they say the S word on TV....

My bride and her sister are headed to Lost Wages for a weekend of shows and shopping...... I have been busy lowering all the limits on our CC's.... Do you really want us to only put a $200 limit on your cards Sir?...... yeah just for the weekend then you can raise them back up........ wife's going to Vegas..... Oh wow no kidding.....will get that done for you Sir, no problem...

Better go worky while the sun shines...... have a wonderful day Guru's....

We only had about 10 kids this year....

Trick or Treaters have been declining in my hood steadily over the past 9 years we have lived here.

Oh well... We have a huge bowl of candy bars and a unopened bag in reserve to eat.

Good Evening CGs!

Woke up feeling crappy again. That's day 4 so far. Cough and a sore throat with no appetite. Hopefully it clears up soon.

Welcome back, Will

Hope everyone had a great day!
