Not only is the month winding down, the year is coming to a fast close.

Doggies were up to their usual morning antics at 06:28. The cooler weather offered a good reason to sleep in a little late but the dogs would have none of it. This is why a nice afternoon nap is so important. The cat limped to the litter box and has started putting a little downward pressure on his injured foot. Signs of improvement. A good sign of nothing too critical happening in my daily life is I'm writing about the pets. I need to write about the pets more often. I've had enough drama to carry me all the way to Christmas. Christmas day drama is expected with the annual gathering.

Pet stories are always good...... Had three Yorkies here over Thanksgiving. Our two and the Daughters. We call him the Sheriff because he is the smallest but takes no chit from the bigger dogs...... got him a thunder coat that he wears with a tin star on it that says, Make My Day.......he is a nipper also......when you go to leave a room he will come up and nip at your leg.....weird.

Ok I am up early to prepare for some meetings....its very dark out......and cold......no fun no sun November.......

Have a really fun day......go buy a new car from GM they need the help.....

Howdy! I overslept this morning for the first time in a good long while - I must've needed it. Good thing I have a short commute.

Have a good day, all!

Morning guys....a nice start today weather wise. 28 now and headed to mid 60s.

Sorry guys, I can't really relate to the pet thing, haven't had a pet in 40+ years. I really like the dogs that my daughters have (3 daughters, 6 dogs), but that's enough for us.

Yes, the month and year are winding down. I am winding down as well. Less than a week to surgery.

Have a great day guys.

SEMI-SUNNY AND BREEZY THIS MORNING, BUT NOT SO COLD, MAY HIT 6O THEY SAY. NOTHING ON THE AGENDA TODAY, OTHER THAN OUR "FIX IT" MAN SCHEDULED TO COME BY TODAY AFTER HIS RADIATION TREATMENT. HE'S GOT LUNG CANCER AND WEARS OUT PRETTY FAST ON THE JOB. WE LET HIM WORK AS HE CAN, AS HE NEEDS THE MONEY.

LETTY, I WISH I WAS DONE! STILL GOT TO FIND A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR DARLING WIFE AND THAT HAS BECOME A PROBLEM. YOU SEE, I HAVE GIVEN HER EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD ALREADY ;-)

GOT 250 GAL OF PROPANE YESTERDAY FOR $375. THIS EARLY WINTER BURNS THROUGH IT FAST.

ALWAYS FORWARD, GURUS---

That's and easy one. Get her another of one of the things you got her already. Then she'll have a matched pair.

Once I gave Sue a card that read "This card entitles you to one thing that you want as a gift." Ya, she hit me and said "You asshole." but she had a gift.
