Morning guys....

Really slept in this morning. Went to bed before 10 got up at 8:30. I guess we sleep good here at dad’s house.

Headed out to the little town for the funeral pretty soon. After the funeral we’ll bring dad back home and head on to KC.

Rainy and foggy here this morning. I guess I will be getting a grow light for the plants, none of them are happy. No sunshine in almost 2 weeks around here I think. Getting ridiculous. Everyone is grumpy. Trying to get a couple of wrap designs finished up today at the office - in the dark. My overhead light blew yesterday so I'm working by a lamp in here and wouldn't you know it's wonky too. Flickers bright to dim all day. Driving me nuts already.
Let's get this day over with already.

OVERCAST AND COOL IN THE NATIONS, SUPPOSED TO CLEAR UP SOME TODAY. PROMISES, PROMISES :-|

THE TOMATO IS BEING REASSEMBLED TODAY, INSTRUMENT CLUSTER AND RADIO PUT BACK IN. MY MECHANIC DOES NOT HAVE MUCH INDOOR STORAGE AREA SO I HAD BROUGHT THE CAR HOME AND PUT IT IN THE BARN, THEN DROVE IT IN THIS MORNING. SEEMS REALLY STRANGE DRIVING WITH NO INSTRUMENT PANEL. EVERYTHING WORKS, YOU JUST GET NO FEEDBACK OTHER THAN THE SEAT OF YOUR PANTS.

NO RESPONSE FROM OUR HANDYMAN; HIS TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT ARE STILL HERE. OMINOUS

Just got in from a long day staring at the world thru a windshield..... now I am heading for the big chair......

What a day ......... One of those everything you touch turns to shit days. Almost everything anyway .... Didn't do what I had planned because of boat complications. Still have one item needs fixed. Electrical issue on the navigation lights. P.I.T.A. Bought a new battery for the 928. That one actually cleared up another issue with directional lights not flashing and a system warning light. Tomorrow I'll be busy. Cut the grass at the nurseries and the house and clean house before Saturday departure. Full day for sure. Then .... a week for me in the beautiful Florida Keys. Sue has to come back home Sunday night for a Monday Dr's appointment. (They couldn't squeeze her in this week) Then she comes back Thursday afternoon to load for a Garden Club Shoe ow Saturday with a couple hours of set up on Friday. This was Sue's getaway plan not mine. The poor boat is feeling it's age. It just turned 30. Like everything else around here it's still operational for the most part.
