Both could be power, neither could be.

However, if they are, they should move fore/aft and up down with little more than an electric motor whine....

If she found $500,000 would she be so quick to hold the homeowner responsible? Didn't they have a pre-sale inspection done? If they did they could have wrote in the contract "Remove stick of dynamite from storage in cellar." What if the dynamite was left by an owner previous to the previous owner?

Morning guys...That's freaking stupid! Was it REALLY Dynamite? Thinking, if it was, she would not have survived and neither would the house.....I'm thinking, more like an M80, not something you would want to hold in your hand and light, but.....Why would you light something like that in the first place? It looks NOTHING like a candle and, more than likely, says so on the wrap.......And how can they know that the previous owner purposely left it there? Too Many questionable variables IMO.

It's a warm start to the day, it will probably make it to the low 60s fairly early, but then a cold front moves through and we are under a winter storm watch through Friday.

Well got to go. Have a great day!

Looks to be just that. 63* now with a high in the mid 70's. Partly cloudy to sunny day with 15% chance of precipitation. Great day to work around the yard after being rained in for 2 days. Even better day to f@(% off. Maybe I'll try a combination of both.

Good morning, all.

Working from home as I wait for various contracters to arrive.

Cold, but clear and sunny—Ivelis has officially started counting down the days until spring.

IT'S A COMMON PRONUNCIATION IN PLACES---

IN THE NATIONS IT'S OVERCAST AND COOL. THE CHEROKEES PINE FOR THE SUN.

HANDYMAN'S RELATIVES CAME BY AND CARRIED OFF ALL THE TOOLS HE HAD LEFT HERE. HIS SISTER SAID AS A BOY HE WAS ALWAYS IN TROUBLE WITH HIS DAD FOR NOT PUTTING UP HIS TOOLS.
HE HAD A BETTER EXCUSE THIS TIME.

GOING TO BE WARM ENOUGH TO DO SOME OUTSIDE THINGS TODAY THAT I HAVE BEEN PUTTING OFF. ALL I NEED NOW IS SOME MOTIVATION :-)

I'M WITH YOU TEE; I SERIOUSLY DOUBT ANYONE SURVIVING THE DETONATION OF A HANDHELD STICK OF DYNAMITE.

ON THE OTHER HAND EXPLOSIVES DO STRANGE THINGS AT TIMES. I USED TO KNOW A GUY THAT HAD A 60mm MORTAR ROUND LAND BETWEEN HIS FEET IN KOREA. BLEW OFF ALL HIS CLOTHES EXCEPT HIS BOOTS AND ALL HE GOT WAS FLASH BURNS.

Good Morning CGs!

Sorry I've been MIA the past few days. Over the weekend we took the kids up north to the mountains to watch the ski jumpers and do some skiing. They decided to snowboard instead. So I joined and we got some lessons. As as reminder to myself that I'm too old for certain things, I fell and broke a rib or two. So I've been licking my wounds for a few days and trying not to be too active. There is no treatment or remedy other than ice and aspirin.

Winter sucks anyway. Let's get some spring driving weather.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Ouch! I cracked a couple of ribs when I was a young man (don't ask) and it hurt like heck—still remember the pain clearly.\

Feel better!

oweeee sorry to hear of your injuries Matt. Tommy took the words out of our mouth on this one.
Gris from yesterday, yes I do feel much better with the splint things out, the pool went back to normal on it's own - freaky, the water hasn't all dried up yet and now we're due for freezing rain tomorrow and have had high winds so far the last day or so. Glad there's not been any leaves on the trees yet or we'd have them blown over every where as soupy as the ground is.
Slow day at work again, thankfully and ready to go home.
Hope everyone has a happy V or D day whichever applies or SAD day (single appreciation day) as one of my relatives has announced.

Worked my arse off again today. Finished up moving and installing the cabinets for Rosie's new office. Then the rest of the day, I spent spraying finish on panels and doors...until the cold front came through with temps dropping rapidly and cold winds. Tomorrow I will start hanging the cabinets at the house.

Matt.....you have to not run into trees Dude...... they hurt you.....

I don't know if bad ribs, or a broken collar bone is worse....Ive had both .....but the good thing is the Doctor told me if I hadn't landed on my shoulder first to absorb the hit and then hit my head it would have kilt me...... still hurt like hell......and the ribs hurt every time I breathed in.....and I could not take a deep breath because of it........ that was miserable....
22 stitches in my head and a nice concussion...... took me awhile to get over that one........ lots of sympathy sex though...... but still not worth it....
