Stump grinder is coming over at 09:30 to grind out a huge stump. Gonna put a brick pad over in that area and use up the pallets of brick I have lying around. Finished up the beach area yesterday. Have an irrigation leak I have to fix and a list of other stuff waiting. Nursery grass cutting, car and truck washes will keep me busy through tomorrow. Up. Up and Away! Nice weather awaits.

I'll check back in later.

Now that's what we call a farm breakfast..... making me hungry....

Have a funeral for one of my clients who passed away earlier in the week. He was out fixing fence down by the creek and somehow got in the creek which was flooding. They found him laying half in and out of the water but was soaked. He was 74.

Farms are dangerous places...... stay safe today Guru's.....

CLEAR, CALM, AND COLD IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING, SUPPOSED TO WARN UP TO 7O. THE CHEROKEES ARE ALL IN FAVOR OF THAT.

HAD SUPPER AT I DON'T CARE LAST NIGHT. THEY SEEM TO BE ON A "PAY ATTENTION TO CUSTOMERS" KICK. EVERY TIME I HAD MY MOUTH FULL SOMEBODY WOULD ASK IF EVERYTHING WAS ALL RIGHT :-) A GOOD EXAMPLE OF GRIS' SECOND LAW OF SOCIAL DYNAMICS:
EVERYBODY DESERVES A GOOD LEAVING ALONE.

After defeating George Foreman for the heavyweight title in Zaire, Muhammad Ali returned to the United States where he was asked by a reporter, "Champ, what did you think of Africa?" Ali replied, "Thank God my granddaddy got on that boat."

The stump grinder that was supposed to be here at 09:30 called and said he would be here after lunch. I had plenty to keep me busy but he f@(%ed up my day none the less. I have an event to attend from 07:00 to 09:00 tonight and might have considered a nice afternoon nap. I can forget about that. Load up on the caffeine. The stump is right outside the bedroom windows.

U.S. Black folks just like U.S other folks would be surprised by the home nations they came from. Funny how American blacks as a whole are so different from Caribbean islanders, French, Canadian or British blacks from the same nations. Their own culture in America is ... Over 50 years ago they were given the keys to the kingdom and many squandered the opportunity preferring to live in squalor. I know what they went through. I know many that took advantage of opportunity. F the ones that didn't try. "This is the life you have chosen." Sure there are some that fall through the cracks. As a white guy doing white things in white culture, I learned everything the hard way even with supposed white privilege.

I know plenty of caucasians that don't have a pot to piss in because of decisions they made in life. It takes hard work or a lot of luck to be successful.

Made it to KC. Almost perfect weather, wish we could have been outside instead of sitting in a car.
