"Circle"

All my life's a circle, sunrise and sundown
The moon rolls through the nighttime, till the daybreak comes around
All my life's a circle but I can't tell you why
The season's spinnin' round again the years keep rollin' by

It seems like I've been here before, I can't remember when
But I got this funny feelin' that I'll be back once again
There's no straight lines make up my life and all my roads have bends
There's no clear-cut beginnings and so far no dead-ends

I found you a thousand times I guess you've done the same
But then we lose each other it's just like a children's game
But as I see you here again, a thought runs through my mind
Our love is like a circle, let's go 'round one more time

All my life's a circle, sunrise and sundown
The moon rolls through the nighttime, till the daybreak comes around
All my life's a circle but I can't tell you why
The season's spinnin' round again, the years keep rollin' by

Oh all my life's a circle, sunrise and sundown
The moon rolls throught the nighttime till the daybreak comes around
All my life's a circle but I can't tell you why
The season's spinnin' round again, the years keep rollin' by

I have noticed through the years my circles are getting smaller as time goes on. Some days I have the energy to get things done. Other days it seems I'm recovering from the day before when I got something done. A random phone call here and there goes a long way in breaking my stride. Yesterday I got a call that fish were dying in the fish pond at the nursery. Of course I was questioned as to if I had done anything that might promote the fish kill. I went over and surveyed the problem and came up with two possibilities. Either there was a high ammonia content in the water or a bacteria had been introduced when adding outside fish from the pet store. I took out the dead, dying and obviously impacted fish, flushed the pond, netted a bunch of windblown mulch and leaves that had blown in and hooked up an aerator. Today we'll see if my efforts helped any. After that I came home and cut the grass at the house and found my personal fuel tank was empty. Figured the best thing to do was take a late afternoon nap. After midnight last night I figured out it was the afternoon naps that are throwing me out of my daytime schedule. With a nap I don't go to bed till 12:30 or 01:00 and get up at 07:00. Without a nap I go to bed around 11:00 and wake up at 07:00. I actually function much better on the 11:00 to 7:00 sleep schedule. So even though naps feel good at the time, they screw with my Chi.

Morning guys...slept in a bit. Woke up to about 2" of snow on the ground. Sunny now, but still below freezing. Supposed to make it into the low 40s today.

I'm going to gather the parts for the next cabinet job this morning. So a trip across town to the storage shed is in order. Church later, then we are headed over to the 'city' to meet up with some friends for supper.

I better get going!

U-boy 25. Wow. And Matt somewhere around 40. Somehow I'm not feeling any younger.

An eerie quiet on my cellphone. Just when I think I'll be safe ...... Ring ........ That's the way it usually happens. I've been tearing down the Great Blue Heron pond rigs I set up. Haven't seen him in awhile. Hope he's headed north with the rest of the snowbirds. ;)

Hey Tommy were any of those fish that didn't make it pan size? Might as well not go to waste 10-4? little breading and deep fat frying and Mmmmmm..... fish fry!

The Knights of Columbus here in town have a fish fry every Friday night in the good weather months and folks come from far and wide to partake..... they have take out in the alley behind the church and you just pull up and tell them how many dinners you want and they load you up and then you eat good.... I don't know what kind but its good fish.... and fries and coleslaw...... now I have made me hungry....

Good afternoon, all.

Marcus, a good fish fry is a wonderful thing. Happy birthday to Uboy.

I went running this morning in the beautiful spring weather—not far and not fast, but further and faster than last time. Went out shortly thereafter to run some errands, including picking up apple cider donuts and ridiculously good pickles at the local farmer's market.

Ivelis busied herself about the yard, chopping up the residual leaves with the snotty electric mower. She also put down some crabgrass preventer in an attempt to prevent the carnage that we and so many others in the area had last year.

Wind is picking up now and we're inside relaxing.

Marcus, I haven't forgotten you on the black alocasia. I'll ship a few up when the weather improves. Make sure you remind me when spring has sprung. I'll try to remember on my own.

If gun control laws actually worked, Chicago would be Mayberry.

The Second Amendment makes more women equal than the entire
feminist movement.

Legal gun owners have 300 million guns and probably a trillion rounds of ammo. Seriously, folks, if we were the problem, you'd know it.
