Reveal Day is here, huh?
I’ve been looking forward to this for the past couple weeks. I’ll probably never be in the position to own one, but I still want to see one up close.
IT’S A GREAT DAY TO BE A GURU!

I am hopeful and will be hanging on the edge of my seat. I'll probably do a spoilers thread.

CorvetteBlogger on Twitter has been putting out stuff daily about the reveal. They've had all sorts of renderings, leaks you name it. I'm anxious to see it although not as much so as those who spent thousands for a 'ticket'. Some folks from the 'other' forum were invited I hear. The last time they swapeed things up in 2014 my partner was one of those invited to Vegas for some track driving and what not since he's a master tech and would be one of those working on them. Part of his schooling or something, but him, the GM and the Tech Manager here all three went. He was interested in the traction control and some other things. They were 'dared' to try to 'break it loose'. I told him they need to send me, I seem to not have any trouble with that.
Slow day at work, trying to tie up some loose ends before the day ends. Hot as heck here today, heat warnings issued.

Hey guys...was up early and over to the 'city' to pick up handrail parts I ordered and some paint for the storage shed. Once I returned I gathered tools, and my #3 GS to help me install the first handrail....this one outside in the sun. By the time we got it done, the sun and heat had me worn out. I told the lady I would do the ones inside after I return from our trip.

I came in the house and threw a couple hot dogs on the stove and started watching my Royals and before I knew it, I was asleep in my chair. Luckily, it was only for a few minutes and my hot dogs were just done.

Not sure I will go back out to the shop today, it's pretty warm out there.

We have the county fair free BBQ this evening. I hope to be back so I can watch the big reveal
