IT'S ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL MORNING IN THE NATIONS, SUNNY, CALM, AND COOL. THE CHEROKEES AIN'T BELIEVING THIS IN JULY.

THERE ARE INDICATIONS OF A COON IN THE BARN AND AROUNF THE HOUSE. I SET A TRAP LAST NIGHT, HAVEN'T CHECKED IT YET. NEED TO HAUL SOME DEAD LIMBS TO THE BRUSH PILE, MAYBE MAKE A RUN TO WALLYWORLD.

OUR WORLD TRAVELERS SHOULD BE ABOUT HOME NOW, EXCEPT FOR THE FLORIDA CRUISER---

Morning guys...slept much better than the night before. I downloaded the pictures from my “driving experience” at the NCM Motorsport Park. I’ll try to post one or two here soon.

The experience was well worth the $50 it cost, even if we were following a pace car. The speeds we did weren’t “blistering”, but, I know I saw 85 once going down the long straight, but that was hardly anything compared to the .83 G, I saw, once on the downhill, left hand, hairpin curve. I’m pretty sure that the speeds and Gs I saw weren’t the highs, as I was busy just trying to concentrate on following the pace car and duplicate his line. Most of the run, I did, in third gear. I did shift into fourth once, but immediately regretted it, as soon as I did, I needed to shift back to third to keep the RPMs up to pull through the curve we were going through.

I highly recommend this experience for anyone who visits Bowling Green, the NCM and the Motorsport Park.

Not a lot on the agenda for today...I think I’ll give 007 a bath. It’s supposed to be in the mid 80s today....quite comfortable for KC in late July. I hope all of you have a great day.

Good Morning CGs!

RR#1 has decided to play the French horn for the middle school band. School hasn't started yet but they have an hour of practice each morning for two weeks to get them prepared. We'll see how far she goes with that and if she sticks with it.

Tool sales have been slow but steady. Lots of work involved but I still enjoy it for the most part.

I fired the car up yesterday but didn't get to drive it. Looks like the starter is still giving me problems despite having it rebuilt. My buddy gave me a powermaster starter to try, hope it fits.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Cool driving photos!
Weather has been awesome here, too bad I'm suck in an office. Finally finished painting my cabinet so I can bring it in the house tonight and get it positioned. Then I can get my collectible glassware off my dining table and reclaim it. Side job book nearing completion, very few edits from the news end, and ads are coming in slowly but at least they're coming.

OH YEAH, I BET THAT WOULD WORK!
I BAIT WITH BIRDSEED SO THE CATS ARE NOT INTERESTED; THE COONS ARE HOWEVER.
THE BARN COON HAS BEEN EXILED TRANS-NEOSHO TO THE PLACE WHERE GOOD COONS GO. (THE BAD-ASS ONES GET A .22 IN THE BRAIN)

THIS ONE WAS TIMID, BIG AND FAT FROM ALL THAT CAT FOOD IT HAD BEEN POACHING.
