CLEAR AND COLD IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING AFTER A DRIPPY YESTERDAY.

nice weather out here in flyover country...... upper 50's today..... will go see my Mom tomorrow and may take the 56 down if the weather holds...... they have not seen the car yet...... got the new cruise control on it so set it and forget it...... we will see...... Uwoman is using the Tahoe to pick up #1 daughter from airport in the big O tomorrow...
got all my shopping done and did not have to fight a lot of crowded stores..... I did stop and get a few gift cards from some stores also but could have done that by going down to the local Walgreens drug emporium that have a whole rack of gift cards there ....... Have a happy day Guru's...... |

Good afternoon. Been to the nursing home to visit. She’s mad. They didn’t get her up in time and she missed the Christmas church Service. Aggravates next too. They have had some turnover I’m told so new ones don’t know.
That cheese wrapper thing is for real. Even looks like our dog, Onyx. She’s a 14-year old black lab with white chin I hear the couch calling me for a nap - |

Got a lot done today. Back is frigin killin me. I've read before that there aren't many options when it comes to back pain. Therapeutic massage, acupuncture, strength exercises, meditation. I want a new drug ....... |

Have you tried the miracle drug Ibuprofen.....? 2 in the morning and two before bed........also hot tub or cold tub but I can't take the cold tubs.......unless its 100 degrees out.......
