SUNNY, CALM, AND COLD IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING. THE CHEROKEES FEAR WE'RE GOING TO SKIP SPRING AND GO DIRECTLY TO SUMMER. THE FORECAST FOR THE REMAINING WEEK IS DISMAL, RAIN CHANCES EVERY DAY. MAY JUST SKIP AUTO ROTATION TOMORROW, DOESN'T LOOK LIKE I'LL BE DRIVING A 'VETTE FOR A WHILE :-(

AT LEAST IT'S SUPPOSED TO GET WARMER, SOMETHING LIKE NORMAL SPRING TEMPS.

NOTHING ON THE AGENDA TODAY. I MAY HAVE MENTIONED #3 GRANDSON IS GOING TO FOLLOW THE HARVEST THIS SUMMER, NOT ESPECIALLY CAREER ENHANCING, BUT PROFITABLE. GRANDPA WOULD PREFER TO SEE HIM IN AN INTERNSHIP WITH HIRING POTENTIAL BUT HE MAY BE NEEDING MONEY FOR RINGS AND THINGS :-)

ALLONS, GURUS!

Happy mothers day to all the mothers out there. Rainy day in the forecast (and in the yard). Planning on laying low doing fun inside stuff . The only wetness I care to experience will be from my morning hot shower. Bill paying and paperwork consolidation sounds like a reasonable undertaking.

Morning guys... CHILLY here this morning, 37, but supposed to warm up to the low 60s. Cooler than 'normal' and breezy. Unlike most of you, we really would love some rain here.

We are headed to the 'city' for some groceries. Then home for Mothers Day supper with #2 and family.

Have a great mothers day all you 'mothers; out there

Well we usually go out to eat on Mothers day to honor my wife and the mother of our 3 chillen...... but alas that will not be this year..... some places opening up but not where we would like to go..... we like buffets..........

got lawny things to do and more mulch to spread..... its cold here also but the sun is shinning ..... rain in forecast here also next week.....

I'm taking my Grand Sport along with friends who will be taking their cars..... a C7 Z06 and a blown GS to Sioux Falls next weekend to have our cars tuned by a well known area tuner..... I will leave my car there while they install an A & A Supercharger on my car........ I know I know.... its crazy talk but it is my gift to me for hitting the 70 year milestone...... the older I get the faster I want to go...... can I get an amen on that somebody!

the plan was that I would do the long tube headers and X pipe along with the Meth injection first and then a year later add the blower. Well that was like 4 or 5 years ago now and the business out in Imperial where I had that work done is no longer there. Found this place in Sioux Falls that came recommended and so finally decided to incorporate phase 2 of the process..... it will be a mild tune with about 7 lbs of boost all in..... Drivability is the key word.... I want to take the car to the west coast without worry......

More on that as it develops......

Have a happy......

First, Amen to going faster after 70+

I hope to reach the 65 milestone this July. The 70 milestone is still in the forecast but one never truly knows.

Back to the buffet .........
