I had to find out what day it was.
Sunny this morning. Pleasant. I'm sure that will change to hot later this morning. See if I can find some motivation today. It's around here somewhere.

SUNNY, CALM, AND COLDISH IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING, THE LAST PRETTY DAY BEFORE THE MONSOON COMES BACK. THAT MEANS I'LL HAVE TO MOW, MUDDY OR NOT. EXPLETIVE DELETED!

DARLING WIFE RESUMES HER CONSTANT CONTACT WITH THE DENTIST.
I'M GLAD THE KIDS INHERITED MY TEETH RATHER THAN HERS. NEXT TIME I MARRY I'M GOING TO DEMAND A DENTAL HISTORY---

SUPPOSED TO GET INTO THE UPPER 70'S THIS AFTERNOON, T-SHIRT AND TOP DOWN WEATHER:-)

Overcast and cloudy here, more rain coming that we absolutely do not need. Not me anyway. Farmers are upset as well, it delays them even more.
Pool company told us to keep filling pool even though a 'sinkhole' has developed on side wall of deep end.
Tommy - great minds - what you said yesterday is exactly what I told Arron. Raise the 10' to 8' foot and take out diving board and install a slide. I'm thinking resale value as there really aren't any kids that come over to our house since we don't have any. Even in doing that it still wouldn't be up to the level of the sinkhole. The construction crew is aware of it, not sure what's the next plan.
Have a 2020 Kenworth dump truck due here any minute so I have a pile of work to get at.
Hope everyone has a good day.

Cloudy here also but supposed to get to 80 before rain on and off for the next week..... if its going to be cloudy at least give us some rain out of it....... that's what I always say......

I called up and asked how the GS was doing and they said it was coming along fine.... so far no surprises of any kind..... they quote 18 hours of work to install the SC..... at a 100 bucks per...... they said they would send pics but so far have not got any....

gotta go to work to pay for my hobbies......... stay fresh Guru's.....

Good Morning CGs!

Still waiting for the nice weather. Oh well, there's always June, right?

VB, sorry to hear about your pool woes. Started draining the pool cover and found a couple of good sized tears. Great. I don't mind water getting in there but my neighbor's tree dumps leaves and muck in there and I don't want it to deep through.

Hope everyone has a great day!

I was about to say that's a long time for a SC. Shop rates have gotten nuts. I think where my bf is at it's just over $100/hour. He works on the side though and can do a complete motor swap in one evening on just about anything. I've seen him add an SC pretty quick on a vette when I worked at the body shop.
Matt I have a leaf cover only. We leave ours running all winter, if it gets very cold we will run the fountain to help keep water moving. No issues so far. But once leaf cover comes off and it's time to get in there, those "tree worm' things are EVERYWHERE. And, it's my tree doing it so

Hey guys...A little work in the shop today, then went down to the shed and, with a friend, we cut out 3 tree stumps.

We got notice from our Bishop that we can start having services the weekend of May 30-June 1...with conditions. So Rosie and I contacted our priest and asked him if he wanted us to remove all the hymnals and books in the pews (One of the conditions), he told yes, he would appreciate us doing that. So we went up to church and did that and I cordoned off every other pew, to increase the social distantancing (another condition).

Went for a bike ride after supper, Tired now.
