Yeah I know where this is heading. My '92 had 600 at the wheels and sounded like it was driven by Chuck Norris.

The stock LT4 feels really good, but isn't really any quicker than my little old Audi S3 (and sometimes feels less urgent).

Not sure I want to go boosted again.. but maybe headers, 3" exhaust and a lumpy cam would net me an extra 100 horses? I promised the missus I wouldn't do anything crazy with this one but the fever is real. (or maybe I just came down with C19).

Horsepower corrupts... absolute horsepower corrupts absolutely.

Spoiled? Or the reality 360hp just ain't all that much anymore?

I look back on some other LT4 builds... The LT4 hot cam, or something of that vein, was always a good call. Long tube headers, for sure... thinner head gaskets - the Impala head gaskets, good for a half point pop in compression.

Maybe some clean up of the heads? Not a lot, because the LT4 head was already pretty good... but some mild port matching and such.

Also, get some NGK plugs and good wires... the OEM Delco platinums are junk-o-rama.
