Same here, Gris. It looks like we'll have rain for the next week or so, but I'll take it for the moderated temperatures—it's almost twenty degrees cooler now (11:00 AM) than it was yesterday afternoon.

I'm burning a vacation day today and Ivelis is working from home.

Lunch wil be from "Le Wendys"—an old favorite of mine, though I find my orders a little smaller than they used to be. In the eighties, I was ordering the triple before it was on the official menu …

Hey guys...up at 'new normal" (8am) and out the door to get a new hose to replace the one that blew a hole yesterday. checked on a job to do and came home to run several plaques for the church hall.

while I was out I stopped by the tire shop to price a set of Michelin ZPs for the Corvette...About $1250. I may wait until next year, seeings we aren't driving it too much. The Firestone's still have tread, but are getting pretty old (dated 29th week 2012).

Rain? What is this thing you all call "rain"?

It's been sunny here... that is all.

Long Day and lots of miles..... it was 78 here today with low humidity and big puffy white clouds floating across an azure sky.... I set the truck on 65 shut off the radio and rolled down the window and took notice of the miles of green fields rolling by....... and I thought to myself...... what a wonderful world....... here in Nebraska...the home of normal... no Antifa running around here....if there were they would be politely asked to leave because they are not Nebraska Nice!

Have a pleasant night Guru's
