ANOTHER PRETTY MORNING, MAY BE THE LAST FOR A WHILE ACCORDING TO THE WEATHER WIZARDS.

RUNOFF ELECTION FOR SHERIFF CANDIDATE TODAY.

NOT TOO EXCITED ABOUT PENDING DOVE SEASON, MY HIGH SCHOOL BUDDY IS TOO FAR GONE TO GO AND THE ARKIE BOYS ARE A WASHOUT. GUESS I'LL GO OVER TO SIL'S PLACE, I'VE GOT A SHOTGUN TO GIVE #1 GRANDSON. I'VE ALREADY ARMED THE GRANDDAUGHTER, GRANDDAUGHTER-IN-LAW, AND GRANDDAUGHTER-IN-LAW TO BE.

MAKES ME MISS MY SON. HE'S BEEN DEAD A YEAR.

WELL, WE DID OUR CIVIC DUTY AND VOTED FOR THE SHERIFF CANDIDATE RECOMMENDED BY DARLING WIFE'S HAIRDRESSER :-)
NOT AS GOOFY AS IT SOUNDS, SHE IS A 911 OPERATOR AND FAMILIAR WITH THE ALL LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONALITIES.

THEN WE CELEBRATED WITH BREAKFAST AT A RATHER AUSTERE IHOP.
(I THINK THEY ARE USING KUNG FLU AS AN EXCUSE TO CUT COSTS)
THE HIGHLIGHT WAS FINDING THE WAITRESS' LOST EAR BOB ON MY OMELET :-0

Glad you're home Tee.
Gris, prayers on the anniversary of your son's loss. I can't imagine.
Beautiful day here so far, I'm watching the weather, they tell us it will turn once on land and head straight for us. Southern part of the state due to get hammered, us hopefully not so much. I'm wanting to get to the beach and have a smooth, calm week.
Tee, the airstream lady is still in progress. She came up here and brought one of her 'friends' this time, who thinks they know my job better than me - whatever it takes to get her done. Now we're on her fourth logo rework. I have times and logs of conversations and hours, and one phone call I recorded about half of. She has approved her design for the wrap, so that is in the print que. I told her by email of that today and informed her that from this point forward she will be working with John, our owner as he takes care of scheduling and installations. I'd just as soon consider myself out of it.

Hey folks....been a busy day back. Picked up where I left off last week, no little gnomes or elves came in and finished off the work I left unfinished in the shop.

Gris, you can come here to my house and sit on the front porch and shoot doves....not sure my neighbors will appreciated it, but, I wouldn't care....

Letty, I hope you're going to get paid extra for all that work you've done on that 'simple' project.

One year already GRIS. He lives on in your fondest memories.

That fan thing was a hoot.

BIL brought over a young pup he found in one of his sheds. About a month old. have to find a nice, loving home for him. Black dog with white necklace, stripe down the nose and white on the paws and chest. We're always getting involved in re-homing critters. One of us in particular.

Gris, Very sorry for the loss of your son.
Since my last visit, I have learned that I need to replace the drain tile going from my house to the city sewer system. So much for my automotive dreams for the immediate future.
I used to say,” things could be worse,” but this IS 2020, and I’m not gonna tempt the hand of fate.
