Good Morning CGs!

I've been preparing the homestead for winter. I got the sprinklers blown out the other day. On Monday morning I disconnected the hoses from the house and blew those out. I also did the final grass cutting.....while it was snowing. Go figure. Nothing really stuck to the ground but it was cold and wet and white.

It's supposed to be nice again next week in the fifties and sixties from what I'm told. So I'll have a few more days of car weather before I put both beasts away. One will be staying here in my garage and the other will be going to my mom's garage. I have a few winter projects planned for each of them but mostly cosmetic things.

Tool sales have slowed down a little bit again but I just picked up a few things today. I'm slowly weaning myself off of it to take a break for the winter. Hopefully the market picks up in the spring.

That's it for me. Hope everyone has a great day!

Morning all!

Tuesdays is office day for me - head down to the city to sit in a socially distanced office. Good to catch up in person with a few folks. Missing the ability to just go and grab lunch with the team.

Greenwood still has a mid section clunk when going over bumps.. thinking an exhaust hanger. Waiting to get it up in the air but there is always something else to work on. Also turns out the guy who did me a favor and got my front tires mounted didnt actually balance them which will explain my 70mph shimmy. (At least I hope that's what it is)!

My son's restoration business is close to closing on a building lease - has a number of vehicles lined up to start. Thats going to be a lot of fun!

Take care all

Ya, yesterday we got a days worth of rain in about an hour. I have to go check and see what roofing areas could use a little help. Mainly I have a couple of small issues in the out back bathroom. One I think is a window issue. The other where two roofs come together in a corner. Check the roof repair I did on the house. Sometimes I get a leak when it comes in at a certain angle. Pain in the ass is what it is. Waiting for the new washing machine. Who knows? It could be the last washing machine I ever buy. ... Or not .

Morning guys...cold, but dry this morning. More rain and snow headed this way Tomorrow.

Headed out to the shop to try to get a few things accomplished.

Andy, I hope that your son's resto business goes well.

Matt, say it's not so.... quitting the tool business? Or are you just putting it off until spring? You've got such an inventory....

Gris, I hope the roads improve for you folks.

Just a gloomy day in my section of the Buckeye today.
Sinuses have been rough lately and had to take a couple Benadryl last night. Still waiting for the rest of my brain cells to wake up. According to the missuz, she’s been waiting since we met.
Have a good one everybody. I need more coffee.

Good afternoon - has been rainy, gloomy and dreary here for the last few days. Tried to take off the other day to enjoy one last sunny warm day but couldn't. Now its' ugly cold season.
Still battling with NH over stuff, with her having the virus they'rea ll quarantined. She's not taking it well. She finally has felt better, sitting up and I spoke with her last night = first time since Thursday. They refused to let her have her phone claiming "no unneccesary things" in room. SeriouslY? That's breaking the patient rights law. Some fussing and phone calls to the senator, ombudsman and the lady over the DHS Governmental Affairs office or whatever it is, and she has her phone. And now can have floewrs and some holiday decorations, when they previously said no. Of course they want it tomorrow and I"m workin from 7a to 9p. That's why I tried to take them yesterday when I was off.
Busy at work, and stressed but plugging along. That's what ya gotta do, right?
have a great day

Warmed up enough this afternoon that I felt I could spray the finish on the doors and drawer fronts. Still pretty chilly, but, no wind, so I made it work. Now, tomorrow, I'll be able to mount doors and drawer fronts on the cabinets. Maybe a chance to install those cabinets by Friday.

There is some weed they call chronic. Might not help with the sinuses but you won't give a fudge about it.

BABY DAUGHTER'S HOUSE IN OKC LOST ELECTRICITY YESTERDAY AFTERNOON.
THEY ABANDONED SHIP AND WENT TO SIL'S MOM'S IN EDMOND.

IT'S USUALLY THIS SIDE OF THE STATE THAT GETS ICED THE WORST; NOTHING GOES RIGHT IN 2020.
