HI TOMMY---

COLDISH AND OVERCAST IN THE NATIONS WITH A LITTLE BREEZE.
OPEN AGENDA TODAY, NO MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS, CABLE GUY COMING TO THE HOUSE. WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE YESTERDAY :-|

A RANDOM THOUGHT: THE URBAN NORTH IS EXPERIENCING WHAT THE SOUTH DID DURING "RECONSTRUCTION".
NOT SURPRISING, THE NATIONAL SOCIALISTS WANT TO RECONSTRUCT THE WHOLE COUNTRY.

I'm awake.

I recently picked up some eclairs, double chocolate frosted donuts and scones from my local supermarket. When I get up I usually just have coffee but on occasion, a little while after my first cup o'joe, I figure I'll eat a little something. Eclairs are a breakfast wonder food. They have several important healthy dietary contributions. Chocolate, for good heart health, grain, for dietary fiber and dairy, in the form of a nice creamy center. As we age it's important to get a variety of food groups.

Dentist today and tomorrow at 1:00. I need to get another decade out of these choppers. God willing, of course.

Bob, good luck with that shift change don't think I could get used to that but some folks like it
Marcus, hope the dog comes back home - or else someone has it that will give it a good home, but he's used to you all so prayers he returns. .Sounds like a snazzy trailer you got yourself. Looks nice by the pic too.
Tommy I looked at your review page, nice! I want that palm tree growing in my yard so bad. I want one that works in zone 7-7b. I see them in memphis but don't know what kind they are or where they got em.
Man, where have the last four days went? Left work Thursday, hit the gym, then home doing crap. got up friday was at the nursing home then ran my butt off, saturday was with Arron and a friend of mine out of town, then Sunday planting crap and yard work all day. Yesterday, clean house and yard work rest of day. I have not had a hour's time to myself to rest since I've been off this weekend it seems like. I'm sore all over. Will be kinda nice to sit in the office today if I can manage to keep my head down and not be pestered. Fingers crossed.
Y'all have a good day

Good afternoon, all.

The MRI revealed an egg-sized and shaped mass in the L2-L3 area. I have spinal surgery scheduled for April 22nd. Before that—of course—a bunch of tests.

Nice day here. Maybe take the Vette out later.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Hey guys, Cold here today...started out below freezing, but has warmed into the upper 40s.

Work out in the shop.

John, prayers sent your way. And hope that the surgeon can give you some relief. Tommy, I like your train of thought. Letty, time marches on whether we are ready for it or not.

I’ll be thinking of you also John. Good vibes headed your way.

Thanks Letty for the encouragement. I need it to work out, but it wasn’t done by choice. The Big Brains at work decided to shut down a shift and second was it. I could have gone to 1st, but there’s way too much, “authority, “ walking around along with those people who believe they have authority. I’m getting too old and crabby to deal with those types.

That’s it for me, gotta cut grass. Have a great day Gurus!

Btw Tommy, I’d say you’re on the right track, a balanced diet is important for a growing boy!

Oh no - prayers John for your upcoming surgery and that you find some much needed relief.
Turned out to be a busy day here - some guy drove 4 hours to sit with me, pay a deposit and have me design the sides of his truck in a Titans theme. Someone already did the whole truck but he wants the sides done over. His hood, roof and back are blue, black and bold and my sides are to be more realistic, blended, layered etc. Ain't gonna match that hood so thinking cap is on. I have a basic plan in place it's just time consuming. He knew I do the pool company in his city and he saw a truck I sent to SEMA so that's where his mind is at.
Tommy I'm thining cabbage palm and pindo palm, maybe i can find some I can get home when I go to Fla May 8 for a week. We'll be in Pensacola, I always check the nurseries.
