That’s quite an accomplishment, and quite a car!
Andy, good to hear from you. Anymore, I figure the plugwires will destroy themselves in removal, so I always get new ones with the plugs.

A start of week number two on the graveyard shift. It still stinks.
But I did find an interesting use of time on Saturday night. Since I was up, I had some extra pneumatic hose on hand so I re-plumbed the air supply lines around the garage. It went better than I expected, but still took about 3-hours. About half of that was trying to figure out pipe connections and chasing down leaks and sealing them. All in all, I’m glad it’s done. The old lines were cheap to begin with, and they were 23 years old.
That’s it for me today, gotta hit the sack.
Have a good one Gurus!

Morning guys.... Sure Tommy when do you want it? Next week? Maybe Tuesday, I can have that done....... Beautiful car and quite the accomplishment. Tommy, you'd better see if you can buy it from him....

Sunny and cool this morning. headed toward the upper 60s to low 70s, then drop below freezing tonight and a high of low 40s tomorrow with howling north winds tomorrow.

Well, I went out to try and mount the doors I finished up spraying yesterday and find out that I either mis-cut or mis-figured the length of the rails....anyway, they were 2 inches too big, so I had to start over on those 4 doors....CRAP. Before quitting for the day, (night) I got new doors glued up. Today, I will get them sanded, stained and finished.

CLEAR AND COLD IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING. THE HOUSE IS FULL OF PEOPLE:-0

THE ARKIES VISIT WENT WELL UNTIL THEY RETURNED WITH A POLICE ESCORT. ALTERNATOR DIED, FOLLOWED SHORTLY BY BATTERY, LEAVING THEM STUCK ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD.

THE INCOMPARABLE OKLAHOMA HIGHWAY PATROL FOUND THEM, RECHARGED THE BATTERY AND FOLLOWED THEM BACK HERE. I HAVE LONG ADMIRED THEM BECAUSE THEY DO A LOT MORE THAN JUST WRITE TRAFFIC TICKETS. IF THERE ARE ANY REAL "KNIGHTS OF THE ROAD" IT'S THE OHP!

SO THE DAY WILL BE FILLED WITH CAR REPAIR ARRANGEMENTS AND THE HOUSE WITH SIX EXTRA BODIES:-)

Good Morning CGs!

We have a little rain now, they said we might get snow tomorrow but we'll have to wait and see.

I wanted to drive the Corvette yesterday so I used some 3m trim tape and stuck the window back on the top. Worked surprisingly well for what it is. Hopefully the new top will be on soon.

Hope everyone has a great day!
