GOOD MORNING TO YOU---

STILL CLOUDY, STILL COLDISH, 5/8 INCH IN THE RAIN GAUGE. THE CHEROKEES ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SUNLESS SPRING. IT'S ALL TRUMP'S FAULT ;-)

THE AIRBAG DEAL WITH THE TRUCK DIDN'T AMOUNT TO MUCH. SHOP WAS NEARLY EMPTY AND I WAS IN AND OUT WITHIN AN HOUR. I EXPECTED IT TO BE A BIG DEAL, BUT IT WAS FOUR SCREWS AND A PLUG IN PART, ACCORDING TO MY EXCLUSIVE WRENCHMEISTER. I ALWAYS HAVE THE SAME GUY WORK ON THE TRUCK, HE'S THE BEST IN THE SHOP.

NOTHING ON THE AGENDA TODAY, TOO SOGGY TO DO MUCH IN THE YARD. IT MAY BE A TWO NAP DAY---

Visitors return to our house today after a short visit with MIL. Sue's mom got overwhelmed by her inability to do much of anything with or for them. Sue has been on her mother since she got home to exercise and do self therapy. Her mother sits in a chair and mopes. "I can't do anything. I can't." Sue and her brother said they would pay for an aid or a therapist to help. They fired the first assistant the first day for just sitting there and reading a book. That's because Sue's stepdad told her to read since Sue's mom refused to do any execise. Of course Sue's mom is just fading away day by day. There is no magic wand and Sue's mom just whines "I don't want to be like this." If nothing changes nothing will change. The three aged siblings are pretty much spending some of their last visits together. Nobody is getting any younger.

This is what I see in MY future.

Hey guys, another busy day. Very chilly start, but no wind and the sun shone through off and on. Upper 50s for a high.

I sprayed finish on face frames of the cabinets that arrived yesterday. Tomorrow, I'll assemble the cabinets and go over to the house where they go, and start tearing out the old stuff. Hopefully Friday I can start installing the new ones. I was under the impression that she was going to have her oldest son do that, but he's in the fields planting, so I guess it's up to me.

Tomorrow morning, Rosie has another appointment with the orthopedic Dr. about her knee, We'll see what comes of that...I hope he RXs her some therapy.

Friday morning, I take 007 out to have the new shoes put on...and new TPSs as well. I'll stay out there while that is happening to supervise. Many places wouldn't let the customer in the shop area, these guys EXPECT me to be there.
