Going to to be another hot one today, predicting 104 for us here. Luckily, the humids are supposed to be moderate, but the wind is going to blow, so basically, a blast furnace.

I've got a couple small jobs to do today, still no word on the addition being ready for us to install cabinets we built months back.

I hope, all of you can stay cool andout of the sun as much as possible.

100% humidity. Rain in the forecast till Friday. I shouldn't be surprised. It's rainy season. The grass is always greener in everybodies yard not just the other fellow's this time of year.

Good morning, all.

While my Guru friends to the west melt, it is gorgeous in the Philly area. 65 degrees, 70% humidity.

It's so nice, even the cicadas are quieter this morning, though I think that's probably because most of the adults have finished their lifespan. Brood X is hyperlocal around here—hilariously,  they're only on the really expensive side of Bryn Mawr, where the homes routinely go for one million plus. Here in the (relatively) cheap seats, we don't hear them at all.

I managed to drive all three Corvettes yesterday, though it was only to move them around between the two garages. As expected, the 1985 took a lot of time to get in and out of.

Today, I'm driving down to Delaware to attend a small lunch for my boss—after 34 years at the University, he is retiring. He is the fourth boss I've had in 27 years of full-time work at Penn.

Well, J3... it was in the 90s here yesterday!!! And the sun was soooo intense.

The heat breaks today, so we can expect more normal 70s.

Nothing huge to report, really. Just keeping busy!

Good morning all - beautiful morning here, sat out back with my coffee and didn't want to leave. Pefect temps, breeze and it was quiet. Already dropped something off by the nursing home this morning and just made it to the office. I have one truck and two back glasses if the second one will show up today I can get all those done. I hate being in my cave all day but beats being out in extreme heat.
Speaking of green grass - mine isn't. My yard guy keeps putting me off too so now I not only have dead grass I have weeds where there was once beautiful bermuda. I'm calling him again today and then I'll be switching companies. I hate to as this one does business with me but I still need my stuff taken care of.
Gris, glad to hear the wife is getting back to normal.
Nothing really going on here yet - y'all have a great day

Good Morning CGs!

Sunny and warm here, 79*. A reprieve from the heat but back to 88* tomorrow.

Car show yesterday was nice. It was packed, we got one of the last 3 spots available. Saw a lot of nice cars. The C5 was a big hit with the supercharger. Lots of interest. Talked cars with a few other Corvette owners. Rugrat #1 got a couple of tshirts. It was a good time. Hopefully I can get the steering rack for the trans am eventually. It's been 2 weeks, need to find a other source. Then I can take both cars. One family there had three cars on display - 68? Barracuda, early 90s V12 jag convertible, and a 31 DeSoto. Pretty cool.

John, still thinking of selling the C4? Market is hot right now.

Hope everyone has a great day!
