80/77 AT 0819, ANOTHER STICKY DAY IN THE NATIONS. NOTHING ON THE AGENDA BUT DELAYED AUTO ROTATION. BY THE TIME I GOT THE TRAVELERS ON THE ROAD YESTERDAY IT WAS TOO YUCKY OUTSIDE TO MESS WITH IT.

WHEN THE OKC KIDS WENT HOME THEY TOOK BABY DAUGHTERS OVERSIZE COFFEE TABLE, INHERITED FROM HER GRANDMOTHER WITH THEM. I PLANNED TO REPLACE IT WITH ANOTHER HEIRLOOM THAT WAS IN THE LOFT OF THE BARN FOR 20 YEARS. IT WAS A HARD 20 YEARS, WRAPPED UP, SO NOW I HAVE TO LOOK FOR A PLACE TO REFINISH IT.

TIME TO FEED AND RUN THE WONDERDOG; ALWAYS FORWARD, GURUS!

Morning guys....Cool start, but headed toward the upper 90s to low 100s.

I have some things to do in the shop, but after my regular checkup Dr appointment.

Looked at another job last night...never ends.

Gris, speaking of refinishing, one lob I'm working on required me to strip the finish. The stripper I bought to do it didn't hardly touch the old finish after three applications...talked to a gal who does quite a bit of that kind of thing to ask what she uses. She gave me a little bit to try and see if her stuff worked...one light application pealed the finish down to bare wood. Only problem is "Not available to general public"...can't even tell you the name or manufacturer, but I bought a gallon of it from her.

I have frames of three mid century modern lounge chairs that were given to me, I'd like to refinish them and use them but need an initiative.
Hot and humid here again, heat index of 111 yesterday they claim today will be worse, but cooling off some next week. Hope so. We need rain, bad.
To answer from yesterday the unspoken aim for Cuomo's resignation: he was "allowed" to resign under the sex scandal. The crappy justice department "decided not" to file civil charges against him for thousands of nursing home elderly forced deaths. WTF. Backlash on that continues. However as the Dems see it - genocide? Dems ruined. Sex scandal? no problem and it'll all be forgotten tomorrow he can resign and the democratic party can retain their dignity and stronghold. I do hope the state of NY doens't let thousands of deaths slide for the sake of a mere sex scandal. I'd like to see them all suffer the same way they've made all those elderly and their families suffer - only don't let them die.

every mechanic that touches it . Screws it up. It will go cheep as I had Mice get it this time. Did all I could to repair the wiring. They call me and say it has only 60 lb on number six. It is up on the other Corvette forum for maybe someone in California might want it.
took a month for they to do the other two test. Today they say it is the rings. It blows the dip stick out. When I drove it over 10 miles it ran ok. Opened the hood and showed them what I wanted repaired. It was running. Going to keep my 2017 I have 12000 miles on it now.
