First football game of the season for the HS and it's a home game so I'll be there running the clock tonight.

Nap sounds good.

Napus Maximus. 2 hours and 15 minutes. I read an article the other day that you should limit your naps to no more than 20 minutes. Hah! Like many other studies I'm sure that study will be debunked.
