The year ahead is filling up already on the travel calendar. We are heading to the Keys the third week of January as we have for over 20 years. Have to use my Allegiant Airlines comp certificates soon for a flight cancelled in 2020. Booked an Alaskan cruise for May. 4th Alaskan cruise. We enjoy Alaska so I don't mind going back. Had to use $600 in Alaska Air comp certificates for our 2020 cancelled cruise. We had a free cruise option for Alaska with just paying the port charges and taxes for a free interior. Already booked New Years for next year with a free balcony to the Bahamas for 4 days and $1000 in casino cash. That still leaves us one paid for cruise that was cancelled for New Years 2020 that I can apply on another cruise sometime in the future. Hopefully this Covid crap will burn itself out one of these months. The more that are vaccinated and the more that contract the virus the better instead of it lingering on and on and on. Certainly I feel for the people that contract it and die or get very ill. I don't wish that on anybody. I just want life to return to normal. Or is this the new normal? I hope not.

I agree I'd like to see life get back to normal. I'm afraid the next generation will have a permanently deformed face from mask wearing. I'll admit though in places like Wally World a mask is probaby a good idea.
Slow day at the office today but I'm >>>THIS<<< close to having the dump truck for the pool place approved. Wife dropped out of the converstation so it's the husband I'm dealing with and it's his truck anyway and he's more simplistic. I'd like to add about 40 hours worth of design charges as that's about what I've wasted on it, but I doubt owner will do that. I still get paid but it's been nothing short of ridiculous. Fingers crossed I can get this in the print que today. And, owner will be doing the work alone as his new help who finally was getting decent has left the scene. He missed a lot and reportedly that was due to being hung over. Can't win, can't get good help anymore.

I posted that pic on FB the other day, that's about where we are I think. I know inhaling Lysol would give you carcinogens and who knows what else, but at this point is it really any dangerous than what we're dealing with? Joking of course but dang.
Dump truck did get approved then I had a rush job on a Mack Pinnacle daycab. I hope the damed thing fits. I HATE getting rushed on stuff. It's a design I already had but slightly different truck than she normally uses.

I'm teaching two TKD classes this evening. Wife is pissed at me because it messed up her plans to walk around in the cold looking at Christmas lights at the zoo. Oh well, they went without me.

Hey folks, Busy busy day. Up early and out the door the pick up GSs #2 and 3. We 'e all been fighting the green snot, coughing and sneezing for about a week and a half. GSs and I are just about over it, Rosie is still hacking... but that's not unusual for her this time of the year.

We drove over north of the next town east of us to help a buddy (contractor, my plumber and golf) set some counter tops. These are the solid surface material I use,,, 30" x 10' chunks that weigh 375- 400lbs each... he had 9 pieces to cut, move, glue together in three offices for a big farmer over there. He hadn't messed with the stuff before, so he wanted my help and 'expertise'. We got all but 4 glue joints put together. We'll go back tomorrow to finish it up.

Letty good to hear Aron doing better. Tommy, sounds like you should just retire and do cruises.... Matt, when is she not pissed at you? If like mine, she is most of the time. Gris, I had that happen to me the other day, pisses me off when that happens. Happened to other night when I was doing a post for my FB page... Only had the last little bit to write, and FB popped up a window for some sh!t, and when I click out of it my post was gone. Said 'Piss on it, I'll do it again tomorrow'... then proceeded to do it the next time in Word, then Copied and paste to FB.
