Good morning, sunny here but cold as all get out, should warm up some but not much. Weekend looks good, we might get out Sunday and find something to do. Having my coffee now and will head out shortly to next town over (Jonesboro) where I work to run a couple errands, and then go visit cousin for a bit then the rest of my day will be mine. Arron is working tomorrow so I plan to clean house so I can maybe relax the rest of the weekend.

GOT OUT EARLY AND TOOK HARVEY TO THE WRENCHMEISTER TO FREE UP THE DOOR LOCKS, THEY'RE SO GUMMED UP I WAS AFRAID I'D BREAK A KEY OFF UNLOCKING THEM. THE AUTO-LOCK WAS TOTALLY OVERWHELMED.

IT WAS SO COLD LAST NIGHT I KEPT TROUBLE IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM. SOMEWHERE ALONG THE LINE THE DOG GOT HOUSE BROKE; DON'T KNOW WHEN OR WHO. HE'S PRETTY SMART BUT I DON'T THINK HE FIGURED IT OUT FOR HIMSELF.

I SEE WHERE THE BRAVE NEW NATIONAL SOCIALISTS HAVE ANNOUNCED A NEW “CLIMATE JUSTICE SCREENING TOOL”. THEY DID IT FOR THE CHILDREN. WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG?

LAST TIME I LOOKED THE RAIN FELL UPON THE JUST AND THE UNJUST ALIKE; HOWS THAT FOR "CLIMATE JUSTICE"?

It seems nothing goes as planned anymore. My appliances on backorder since December 26th apparently weren't going to be delivered today as they are still on backorder. Ordered them from Home Depot. No one contacted me. I did a search on my order and found out they are still on backorder. I cancelled the order, the customer service rep said she was sorry. I told her their was nobody sorrier than me and I was quite angry as well. I let her know Home Depot will not be getting my replacement appliance order. Of course the refund could take up to 10 days. Didn't take them 10 days to get my money. Then on one of my papers it said I will not be charged till my appliances were delivered. They took the charge back on Dec 26th. They told me I would have to process the refund from my local HD customer service department. Riggin friggin sassafrasson shildilibops. Anyway, we drove about 10 miles to a store called Brandsmart where I have bought from before. They had a number of choices in stock including the ones we had selected.I had the S-10 so we loaded them up and took them home. I brought them in the house myself. Sue can't help much as she is still on injured reserve. Saved about $115 over what I spent at HD. I had already cleared the areas and removed the old appliances so I'm going to unpack and install the new ones now. I had a delivery this morning to Key Largo. So my morning was pretty well taken up. Never bored. Believe me. I'm never bored.

It did end up snowing 4" yesterday afternoon. Messed up the roads pretty bad. Cold here now but the plows did a good job.

Tommy, same thing happened to me. Ordered HD online...kept pushing the delivery date back without telling me. I cancelled and bought from Lowes in stock.
