SEMI-SUNNY AND 49 DEGREES IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING, GOING TO BE A WINDY DAY, WITH A HIGH OF 67. OPEN AGENDA TODAY. GOT THE TAX STUFF DONE YESTERDAY AND WENT BY BIG DAUGHTER'S. #3 GRANDDAUGHTER WAS ABSENT, GONE TO TULSA TO GET HER FINGERNAILS DONE :-0 THIS IS ALL BEYOND GRANDPAW'S COMPREHENSION. CAME BACH HOME AND HAD SUPPER AT A STEAK-HOUSE IN MUSKOGEE. SOMEBODY PAID FOR OUR MEAL; DON'T KNOW WHO OR WHY. RATHER STRANGE. Y'ALL ENJOY THE DAY. |

Never look a gift steak in the mouth is what I always say.... somebody appreciates you guys....
Cold here now.... intermittent snow showers... so typical... warming up by tomorrow though... I hope... Diesel fuel was $4.85 yesterday..... keep my Duramax parked unless I need it for business.... I see now they are printing more money to provide a stimulus to help us pay for fuel.... I got an idea.... Drill Baby Drill...... Energy Independence is the answer to our future security.... the tired old ways of the socialist democrats have us right where they want us... dependent on them in all we do..... Keep marching Guru's.... better times are coming.... |

The casino gods were kind to us last night.Fattened up the gambling wallet nicely. Birthday brunch for BIL this AM. Nice small family gathering. |

2014 Memorial Day Car Show Winner!

Hey guys, full day today. Slept in making up for the very early morning and long day yesterday.
Got up at 3am to be at Kansas City airport by a little after 4 for our 5;40 flight to St. Louis. A 4 hour layover there then back on the plane for an hour and a half flight into Myrtle Beach, SC. Then awaited the arrival of friends to check into the resort. Today, a morning walk on the beach and just relaxing around the condo, then this evening we watched a movie outdoors. Tomorrow, it’s supposed to be a bit cooler. So may do some sightseeing. A little golf is planned for later in the week. Enough for today, time for bed. |
