OH, THE SUN SHINES BRIGHT ON MY OKLAHOMA HOME---
80 DEGREES, 80% HUMIDITY AT 0807 HR 94 THE PREDICTED HIGH.
THIS HAS BEEN AN ABRUPT CHANGE :-O

SECOND PLACE AT THE CAR SHOW, GUY SHOWED UP WITH A YELLOW AND BLACK C6 CONVERTIBLE AND BLEW ME OUT OF THE WATER.
I WON'T DO THAT AGAIN. SAT THERE FOR EIGHT HOURS WATCHING PEOPLE WALK BY. B-O-R-I-N-G

AND TO MAKE THE DAY COMPLETE, THE CRUSE CONTROL DIED ON THE WAY HOME. OH JOY---

THERE'S A LITTLE GUNSHOW IN MUSKOGEE, THINK I'LL MAKE A PASS THRU THAT AFTER NOON.

If you can't think of a word, say "I forgot the English word for it." That way people will think you're bilingual instead of an idiot.

Morning guys... Warm here again today. Yesterday ended up with an official high of 107....pretty warm for mid June. Today, they say 102.

Nothing really planned. I hope it's a restful day for all of you folks.

LOL BORING! I stopped participating in car shows except as a spectator. Now at the casino car show I always had something to do as an aside. The slots have been kicking my ass of late though Sue has been keeping us close to even. I'm way overdue for a nice payday. I guess that's what all gamblers say.

Good morning - I agree - I only will visit a car show as a spectator, I’ll enter a show and shine but that’s it. I did extensive work on the ‘96 only to see brand new right out of the factory cars win. Half the club boycotted after that. It’s not fair to those of us who fix or rebuild etc . Just go on up to Bowling Green and hand them that trophy. I was so proud of my car that year only to see that happen. A judge asked me about it and he got a large piece of my mind.
Very sorry to hear about your friends wife Tee.
My last few days have been a blur, ran errands all day Friday, sanded one the car Saturday and today it’s nearly 100 all of a sudden and the start of a drought, my house is a wreck and Arron walked off the job - long story and I don’t blame him due to maltreatment but my stress is beyond my limit. Right now though that dealership doesn’t have a tech that’s 100% of anything and they’re only EV certified one is not planning on going back. Cadillac just did their approval inside ruin and that will get pulled when they find out. The dealership services Buick, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Toyota, ford and Nissan .
Nothing happening here today but watering plants and sitting in pool

I'm feeling you on the car shows.... went to one yesterday with the 56 and my good friend across the section took his 55 we picked up in February down in Nashville.... the key to winning plastic trophy's is spend lots of money or enter some obscure class that no one is in.... My good friend got best in class and best of show plastic to take home.... I got some heartburn from the sloppy joes they served for 5 bucks each....

I will do one more in the fall and that is it... and I do that one because a big client I have asks me to bring something up.... I would rather be riding or driving the cars not just sitting there having folks as me if the 56 is a Nomad..... No but you are making me mad..... get it No Mad... hahahahahahaa

I'm waiting until its unbearable hot then go mow.... rained this morning so waiting until it dries out a bit....

I only take 007 to shows for the support of the cause the show is for. I go to our local show, because if I didn't, there would be very few cars at all. I don't want to see it go away, so I support it. But when I go, I do not expect any trophy.
