77/83%/93 AT 0744 HR THIS MORNING, HUMIDITY RETURNS TO THE BAD TO GODAWFUL RANGE. THE CHEROKEES COULD DO WITHOUT THIS CRAP.

GOT ALL MY FIRST OF MONTH STUFF DONE, READY FOR JULY.

WENT OVER TO TAHLEQUAH FOR SUPPER AT OUR FAVORITE I-TIE PLACE AND FOUND IT CLOSED, BUSTED WATER PIPE. DROVE BACK TO FT GIB AND ATE AT THE BOOMERANG. ONE OF THE FORMER WAITRESSES WAS BACK. SHE USED TO LOOK LIKE AN OVER-INFLATED SEX DOLL; SHE'S LOST WEIGHT AND LOOKS GREAT NOW. I ALWAYS KNEW THERE WAS A GOOD LOOKING WOMAN UNDER ALL THAT FAT :-)

NOTHING ON THE AGENDA TODAY.

READING A GOOD BOOK ABOUT THE SEVEN YEARS WAR (FRENCH AND INDIAN WAR IN AMERICA). THIS COULD BE CALLED THE FIRST "WORLD WAR" AND LED INTO THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION.

STAY COOL, GURUS!

Morning guys... a rain cloud passed last night and left us a whole 1/10th of an inch...we'll take it. Hot again today,

#2 and hubby invited us over for wings after church. They both have to work on the 5th, so they are doing their celebration today. I told them I'm doing ribs on the 4th and they can come over for that.

First morning with gloom in days and the breeze and cooler temps show it! yay!

Been busy... went to San Diego last weekend... drove the C6 and got about 20 mpg on the congested 405 and 5 freeways. We stayed at the Marriott Marquis in the Marina district, downtown. Lovely experience. The hotel restaurant, Marina Grill, was FABULOUS.

The interesting fact, the valet service only has about 8 folks, out of 45 total staff, that can drive a stick!! According the the valet manager, some hotels won't even valet cars with sticks!!! damn...

Good Evening CGs!

Little road trip today. Up at the small farm belonging to my sister in law's parents. Love it here. I have to some to do tomorrow. Always something to do (looking forward to it).

Hope everyone has a great day!
