Morning guys.... all cleaned up and ready to go to the funeral.

Comfortably cool this morning...feels like mountain air. 63 and very low humids.

NOT QUITE THAT NICE HERE TEE, BUT NOT BAD, 70/80% AT 0843, HIGH TO BE 93.
YOUR MONSTROSITY IS WHAT THE GERMANS CALL A "SHRUNK". THEY ARE USED IN LIEU OF CLOSETS, AS THEIR HOUSES ARE TAXED BY THE NUMBER OF ROOMS AND THE TAXCOLLECTORS CONSIDER A CLOSET A ROOM :-O.

TO MOW OR NOT TO MOW, THAT IS THE QUESTION; MIGHT BE WELL TO DO SOU WHILE IT'S LESS HOT.
THE DEER ARE BACK, BEEN SEEING THEM IN THE YARD WEST OF THE HOUSE. THREE DOES AND TWO FAWNS THIS MORNING, HOPE THEY KEEP THEIR TICKS TO THEM SELVES.

...a big thank you to Teeb for another great restoration of our Shrunk.... it will be for my meager amount of hanging clothes, cowboy boots, Assault weapons and ammo, and what ever I can find to put in all those drawers....

That piece has been in the school system here since the late 20's or early 30's.... so like a hundred years ago.... it was used in the old High School that then was the old Jr. High then when new facilities were built it ended up in the Elementary School tool and mower shed. It was filled with all kinds of nuts and bolts and junk.

That is where Doc saw it and asked about it and was told she could have it if she would move it..... never one to let a good deal go buy we got the son and the SIL's and whoever we could to go move it into my old 20' car trailer....

It took it down to give to Teeb on one of his numerous trips and he hauled the whole trailer to his place to begine the restoration. He did a hell of a good job as he restored it to its former glory.

Doc still wid da Vid and me with a cough but testing negative... roll on Guru's

I'm a big fan of saving stuff from the junk pile. Reuse or repurpose. This country is the most wasteful country on the planet.

Mowed the nursey this morning. Flushed the home water system and replaced the water filter. Replaced a toilet fill valve while the water was off. Water system should be good now for for 5 or 6 weeks. I'm on a well with hard water. When the water starts to have an odor I flush and change the filter. PITA. I bought a water test kit on Amazon and my water tests good. Not like the water from Camp Lejeaune from 1953 to 1984.

good afternoon - sorry to hear about your church friend Tee, that cabinet sure looks snazzy tho. Weather has been great today, I've been at work today since I'll be gone to dallas for a week the 22nd. Good thing I was here I guess, been busier than I don't know what. Plus playing go-between with the owner and his new installer. Some issues happened, some tint had to be redone, owner is mad af, installer called me nearly in tears, dudes, ya'll are grown, talk yourselves I got chit ta do.
Ready to get home and enjoy some outside for a bit. Might go do some work on the car this weekend, stripes should be here tuesday, I have paint protection film for headlights and fog lights and emblems to install plus it needs a cleaning. I've not felt great but it's gotta get done sometime.

Ya...VB.....lot's a drama at your work 20.... you guys should have your own show on You Tube..... lots of drama on dem car shows..... be a million subscribers in no time.....

Started out nice, but warmed up fast. Ended up at 98. Finished up the cabinets for #3 the dog dish holders for #1, a project that Leo wanted to do and then a late request from Marc (actually Mrs Huskerman) to build one more drawer to complete the cabinet as one drawer was missing. Trying to complete that before Monday... I don't know.

5 mile bike ride in and now headed to see a lady about replacing hinges on a cabinet.
