GUNSHOW WAS A WASH, NOTHING SOLD, NOTHING BOUGHT. OUR GOOD GUNSHOW COALITION SEEMS TO BE IMPLODING. MARK, WHO PUTS THE MOST STUFF UP FOR SALE IS PULLING OUT; SAM IS FACING MULTIPLE EMPTY TABLES AT $200 A POP AND MAY JUST PULL THE PLUG. THE PROSPECT IS GRIM.

DW AND I WILL GO TO OKC TODAY FOR #8 GRANDSON'S BIRTHDAY.
WE WILL PICK UP GRANDDAUGHTERS 3 & 4 ON THE WAY. BIRTHDAY PARTIES FOR 12 YEAR OLDS NOT A FAVORITE THING OF MINE, BUT DUTY CALLS.

Morning guys... chilly here too, 24 when we got up, headed to low 50s.

The chest made me proud, was bought be a former student for $675. I was expecting $400. Buyer told me he was thrilled and was going to his HS age daughter, and he loved all my work and 'know the high quality of your work".

Headed over to the 'city' for a few groceries. Tomorrow we get up early (4am) as Great grand daughter has doctor appt in Wichita at 10am and need to be there by 9:45. GS and wife are not city drivers, so we volunteered to take them.

I still got it. lol. A woman sat down next to me and started playing the slot machine. She had a pretty good buzz going and she asked me to touch her for good luck. Next thing I know she's rubbing all over me. She hit a nice payoff and was happy. Obviously looking for a hook up. I told her I was with someone. Not that I was looking for any action. She kissed me on the forehead. All I could think about was I hope she didn't leave a lipstick mark because Sue would have covered that with a bruise. Later, two middle easterners at different times gave me a sad song about losing thousands at the tables and did I want to buy their rings. I just told them I don't buy jewelry. My guess is the rings were shiny brass. They have the weight but not the value. I get approached pretty routinely on that scam. Got burned many, many years ago on a jewelry purchase. They fooled me once. Lesson learned.

Yikes that gal was lucky to get out of there alive if Sue would have caught wind of her shenanigans.... it could have got real western in there.....

Clear and cold now with an east wind blowing.....31 degrees.... helping my bride do stuff today... she has a list.... OMG..... send help someone......
