Morning guys... Chilly again, 19 when I got up, but headed to low 50s. GGD spent another night with us. Pretty good night, she was up a couple times and grandma Rosie took care of things. GGD was pretty active the last time up, so I took care of getting her relaxed enough to go back to sleep, so Grandma could get a couple extra hours sleep to make up for the time she was up.
We are getting together today (this afternoon/evening) to celebrate #1GS and wifes' birthdays (both Jan 10), so they will be coming over and will take GGD home with them. We will do mine next weekend. Sounds like GGD and grandma are up now.... later guys. |

After a short night's sleep on Friday night I went to bed last night at 09:15. Around 1:30 I woke up for a mid-night piss. I started thinking about finances, a roof repair I need to do and other stuff you should not be thinking about at 01:30 AM. I managed to get back to sleep and rested well through the remainder of the night. Lucky for me. I don't want to wake up at no 01:30. |

yeah....those 3 am staring at the ceiling trying to figure out things is no Bueno..... then I usually have to read a book to get my mind off the problems which are always the worst at 3 am.....
Just chilling today....worked out and spent some time looking at watch repair vids..... I'm kinda getting into that.... buy old watches and restore them..... I have a vintage pocket watch that belonged to my Mom's Uncle way back in the day....probably made in the 1800's.... It's a Waltham Trainman watch... I would like to restore it...... amazing mechanicals.... Keep it up Guru's |
