Been busy the last few days. We've had the GGD yesterday and last night. That keeps us busy in itself. And I spent most of the morning in the shop milling cabinet door pieces for a set of cabinets in the shop. In the afternoon, I helped install the door, which FINALLY came in, for the church shed we are building. We had gone as far as possible until this door was installed. So now we can finish the siding and roof metal and call it done.

Spring break this week, so Leo will be helping me with several jobs. I reviewed them with him and he said something to the effect that "we are going to be busy this week".

Rosies' dad has declined mentally this week. Hallucinating badly and last night he fell and hit his head and ended up in the hospital. Luckily, Rosie's brother was there with him, due to the hallucinations, and was able to get him to the ER. The brother and sister took him to his DR yesterday, and she told him, he could no longer stay at home. And they, hopefully will be able to get him into assisted care home Monday.

Rosie was supposed to go today, but now that he's in the hospital, she is going to wait and go tomorrow.

I've got a big pork butt on the grill for supper tonight. Pulled pork sandwiches/wraps. #2 GS will be home today from College, will be good to see him here too.

I wouldn't bring that up. Let people figure it out for themselves.

Got out of bed several hours ago and I'm just waking up.

Good Morning CGs!

Sorry to hear about your FIL, TB. It's a tough spot to be in.

Another cool day here.

We have a small surprise party this afternoon for my MIL. Hosting it at our house with a mix of homemade food and catering. Guess it's a cheat day for my diet.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning. Very sorry to hear about the FIL Tee, very tough spot. I'm not sure the rules and regs of where they are going to place him but don't sigh the arbitration agreememnt, and make sure they list all family as "compassionate caregivers" in the event of covid-style lockdowns again. This is state law here now thanks to our advocacy group but it's not federal yet, your state may be different. We're trying to get it federal.
Gloomy out this morning, I woke up way too early for the time I went to bed . I need to turn this house upside down and shake the dust out and declutter and just ain't in the mood. This weather has me lazy and depressy. I need energy and sunshine. Whoever left their winter weather here needs to come get it.

Marc, it was something I built for you...I don't remember either.... I was thinking it was the cremation boxes, but you wouldn't have needed the trailer for that.

Transferred Dad to Salina as he needs to see a Urologist and the little hospital he was in doesn't have one. Rosie is headed there in the morning.
