Morning guys...Cool this morning, upper 30s, but headed to the mid 70s, so they say.
Headed to the 'city' as #1 GS has a flat tire on his pickup and no spare. The valve stem is cracked and the escapes about as fast as it can be put in.. The old pickup didn't come with a spare, or a jack, so I've loaded up my jack and will go over to help him take it off and get it fixed. |

Good Morning CGs!
Tires must be the topic of the week, TB. I mentioned I checked out my uncle's and found they were worn with a broken belt so he got those replaced. I swapped the winter tires on the daily yesterday and put the all seasons back on. Gave the brakes a once over and the rears are around 50%. I'm going to change them anyway because the rust on the rotors is squeaking and driving me nuts. Funny how they rust out faster than they wear out up here. Hope everyone has a great day! |

..we had a nice warm day yesterday as we took the fiddysix in to the Star City for some shopping and then the spring birthdays were celebrated at Red Robin... My bride and I and son all have B days around the first of the month....
It has been since 2014 that we have bought a mattress for our bedroom.... we like the foam ones..... but after looking at the prices we decided we can go a bit longer I guess.... yikes we looked at some that cost as much as a nice C4..... that is not going to work...... better get to work..... have at it Guru's..... |

Well, when I got over to the 'city', the tire was flat. But there was really bad weather-checking, so the decision was made to replace those 2 tires. So, I removed the flat one, and took it to be changed. Took over an hour....(a whole story in itself) then back to put the tire on the pickup, then back to WalMart to get the second tire put on.
