SEMI-SUNNY, CALM, 67 ON THE FRONT PORCH. 86 IS THE PREDICTED HIGH; THE CHEROKEES REJOICE!

PLAN A RUN TO TAHLEQUAH, TIME TO RESTOCK PET FOOD. THE BARNCAT, BY THE WAY, SEEMS TO HAVE DECIDED TO HANG AROUND THE BARN :-O

BOTH OUR DAUGHTERS HAD HOME TOWN WEDDINGS, AND RECEPTIONS AT HOME. SON'S BRIDE NICKED HER DAD FOR A HOLLYWOOD PRODUCTION. HER CARRY-FLOWERS, WHICH WE WERE CALLED ON TO PAY FOR, COST $300. SHE'S GOOD AT SPENDING MONEY.

PAYING BIG BUCKS FOR A WEDDING IS POOR ECONOMY OF FORCE.

ALWAYS FORWARD, Y'ALL!

Morning guys...

Gris, that picture indicates exactly how I've felt several times this summer.

It's cool this morning, 67, they are saying upper 80s, maybe 90 today.

Headed up to the church hall, as we are putting in a new sound system. I've already built and installed shelves for the speakers and prepped for the bracket that will hold the projector. The sound guy is there today, pulling wire and installing all the components. He needs my help hanging the projector.

Later I will be installing some motion detector lights for an older couple, older than me, whose house, garage actually, had been broken into and they now want to provide some light in the dark areas where the thieves came through. Luckily they heard the commotion, and he came out with a shotgun and when he racked a shell in the chamber they took off without getting anything. I wish they'd go a step further and install some cameras, but they are very technology challenged.

Back from therapy. I go through the exercises so I can get to the grand finale. A massage followed with icy hot cream. Next, electric stimulation of my back while covered a thick moist heat pad. I came home and did a few chores. Now I hear thunder off in the distance. What's that sound? Could it be my pillow calling me?

Can't believe it's the 20th already.

Tommy, I was a big fan of the electro stimulation and hot compress when I had back therapy.

Hope everyone had a great day!
