boy howdy on the aches and pains... I could hardly move when I got up after a day of trimming the flora around the place... I even took a dip in the hot tub to ease the pain before bed.... they say an ice bath is the best way to reduce the inflammation but I'm more into warm than cold ya...

got stuff to do and I better get to it..... try to be happy Guru's.....

Morning guys... really nice this morning, 61 clear and calm. Went for a 7 mile bike ride, got the ole heart pumping...averaged 11.4mph.

Father asked me a couple weeks ago to build a new ambo, for his other church he takes care of, so I told him I'd get to it soon. Wednesday night at our Knights meeting he asked if I was going to get to it soon. He's pretty impatient. But I had started on it that afternoon. yesterday, I pretty much got it done, ready for stain. I'll get that done today.

Supposed to be in the low 80s today, but temps creep back up to the mid 90s next week.... summer doesn't want to give up yet.

Got to go get my flu shot.

Good morning, what there is left of it. So happy to be off today, been a crazy week. And yesterday, the tint manager was in a mood right off and bit everyone's head off, then later out of nowhere he stomped in my office and smarted off and that set off a chain reaction of him being unhinged and taking doors off hinges and being very ugly to me. All over him claiming I didn't get up to go see some lady up front when she wasn't there for me to begin with. He went off zero facts and misdirected his anger. I got mad and left for a while, took a vette drive and came back bout hour later. He tried to apologize saying it wasn't personal it was his issues but I was still mad, it was personal. So, that's how yesterday ended. Vette club last night, plans for Eureka Corvette Weekend finalized Im not going this year but sounds like a good trip. Slept in today and dont have a lot planned, maybe grocery store maybe not. Yall have a good one

..so like is the tint guy in 8th grade? maybe time to put that boxing class to work in the real world...

nah, he's usually very level headed . He's dealing with a junkhead ex who was mean to their kid and I think she started some mess the evening before, he's also sick and working, plus the other guy took an old Beretta in for tint, quoted it at half and that is like the 2nd hardest back glass to do bar none and the other tint guy wasn't helping him any. I told him to his face he was just pissy and taking his bs out on others, he got up in my face hollering and I did not back down. I really ain't proud of the fact I said some of what I did, and I was advancing toward him when I was saying it and at one time had my finger in his face, but he for sure seen a side of me he's never seen before. I know he's pushed the owner into a wall before over some pay junk and the owner can be a smart mouth. Def would have used boxing skills if I needed. Also just found out in class Wed evening that I'm an "inside boxer". We sat down at the end of the day and talked a few minutes but I have a propensity to hold grudges so there's that.
