Good afternoon - been raining here last few days, should end by morning. I just saw your clip Marucs, good deal! Is that something our farmers here will be using?
I don't recall who posted the Big Boy 1440 , but it came through here. I had to work so I missed it rolling in and of course, overslept when it rolled out so I missed seeing it. It sure is a beast. Ended up working on my day off but got ahead on some things and put some cash in my pocket to boot, deep cleaned all day yesterday and am doing some today too but not moving too fast. I need to go clean up the patio and I need to deep clean my office in here. I also have some beef filets I need to process and get in the freezer. I went to my local haunt by the office and asked if they had any, dude went to look and came out with two. He then winked at me and called his boss and put him on speaker to "ask if they were gonna get any" to which his boss said "maybe tomorrow". I pointed at the two, and the guy said "dont worry I got you". I told him they usually mark them cheaper if he needs rid of them and the guy nodded. I didn't look when he set them in the cart but I walked off and saw he'd marked a WHOLE filet at ".92lbs at $6/lb of chuck roast" so I got those two for a total of around $13. I bout had a stroke. I fist bumped him, ran through self check out and couldn't get out the door fast enough. Blessing indeed. Not sure if the guy hates his job, his boss or what but made my day.

Letty, sometime stuff just falls in your lap. How can you say no. Just got back from loading up the cabinets and fridge with pet foods and people foods. Lots of snacks and other BOGO's. Nothing that a couple of hundred dollars couldn't handle. We went to get oxtail at $5.99 a pound (limit 2 pkgs.) but they didn't have any in the store so Sue got a raincheck. We love oxtail slow cooked, seasoned and sauced over rice.
