Morning guys... Very chilly this morning, -2. Luckily, the wind hasn't developed as much as they predicted, yet.
I walked to the hospital for my PT appt. That's how I knew the wind wasn't blowing. The PT told me I was making good progress and with my doing yoga each evening I don't need to come back each week, so my next one is in two weeks. |
