IT'S A BALMY 10 DEGREES, CLEAR AND CALM, MAY ACTUALLY GET ABOVE FREEZING TODAY.
NOTHING ON THE AGENDA. I SEE WHERE THE NEW DEFENSE SEC IS GOING TO CULL SOME GENERALS. IN THE EARLY 70'S THERE WAS A REPORT THAT WE HAD ONE GENERAL FOR EVERY TEN ENLISTED MEN. Good morning gurus. Hunting down a skid steer hose for Sue. Cut the nursery grass, installed window wind and rain deflectors on Sue's box truck. Planning on washing and light detailing on the Suburban. A rolling stone gathers no moss. Just ask Keith Richards. Corvette car show on Sunday where my FIL will be judging. Going to join him for breakfast and glance at the cars. Might even drive my C-4. Not showing though. Just cruise it. Cool start to the day here. I actually threw on a flannel shirt over my t-shirt. Bbrrrr! |

I'm amazed you have flannel...... we love flannel... flannel sheets are the best on dem cold winter nights....not so good in July....
only hit -7 and the warming trend has started....it's 12 now on the way to 24.... I may have to cook those steaks on the barby..... Friday and the list is long from my list maker... and now the coffee machine stopped working.... that is getting real close to a serious situation..... I am going to pop it on the side and see if that helps.... can't hurt right... damn I need some coffee.... may have to make ranch coffee... Do gooder Guru's |

Good Morning CGs!
Cold here but I can't believe how fast the month is flying by. The faster it's over the faster I'll have Corvette weather. Tommy, a trip to Spain sounds nice. Sorry if I missed it but is there a specific reason? We wanted to take a big trip this summer but work schedules don't allow it. Maybe next year. Hope everyone has a great day! |

Matt, Sue is going to Spain. I'm petssitting at home and at the nursery. It's kinda a vacation for both of us.  She is going with a gf that wanted to go but needed company. Her gf speaks fluent Spanish so that should make things easier for them. I think they are going to Madrid, Seville and possibly Cordova. Sue's family lived in Cordova before the Spanish purged the Jews way back when. Sue's family has Turkish roots. They left Turkey to go to Spain. Sue's mother's maiden name is Cordova. |
