Morning guys... been AWOL this week. Had my second epidural Wednesday. Not having quite as quick results as the first go round. Today my feet aren't quite as numb, but the hip hasn't improved much. I was able to walk to church yesterday without it really hurting too bad, so I guess it is doing a bit better.

Headed to the 'city' for stuff for next weekend.

Happy belated birthday, Marc. Letty, if you can send some of that rain our way, we'd gladly take it. Tommy I hope you get to feeling better.

Teeb I must have missed that you were having back problems....sorry to hear that.... we will put you on the prayer list...

Nice day here....going to change out all the oils in the Polara Bear today.... will put the car up on my buddies lift to get it done.... been researching what lubes to run in the old school tranny and differential.... mostly synthetic but GL-4 in the A833 Hemi 4 speed.... looking forward to getting the car out of the trailer...

Good news on your healing up Tommy.... getting old isn't for sissy's Guru's

In the 4 and a half decades I have lived in South Florida I don't ever remember the nice mornings and evening temperatures like we have had this year. I'm used to the two weeks of winter followed by hot and humid. Well, this year winter and spring have been one for the record books in a positive way. I'll be backing to compalining about the heat and humidity before you know it. Low 60's to start the day low 70's in the late evenings. Mid 80's during the day. Love it. I'm healing but I want to be 100% yesterday. Maybe in another week or two. I've got to find a way to get my strenghth and energy back. Could it be diet and exercise? Nah!

Oh we were 92 yesterday and 80 right now (2:15pm).

Yea Marc, thought it was a hip issue, but MRI showed "significant stenosis" Go to see a Neuro-surgeon in May

...a damnation and a pox on stenosis...... wait I better look that up to see what it is...... ok....yeah... I had a back operation for that.... I know they went in and rooted around to clean things up..... what ever they did worked well but my lower back has always had some pain from excessive living for decades...... hope you can get that fixed.....
