yeah its like Deja vu all over again..... got all the fluids changed on the Polara..... went with Mobil 1 at 15w- 50 in the engine and Royal Purple in the tranny... 75w-140.... Lucas 75w-90 in the Gear Vendors OD unit.... and Lucas 75w-140 in the Diff. I spent way to much time on the internet researching for just the right lubes..... the Motor Oil Geek was a large source of knowledge....
back to work... tis the season to plant crops so we have fertilizer going everywhere....... get some fertilizer Guru's |

THE SUN IS SHINING ON THE FIVE TRIBES AND THE WILD INDIANS TOO. 65 DEGREES, SLIGHT BREEZE, 73 THE EXPECTED HIGH. OUTSTANDING! NICE VISIT WITH THE ARKIES, DIL, #2 AND 5 GRANDSONS, #2 GRANDDAUGHTER (THE FAMILY GLAMOUR GIRL). GGGD AND I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A SPECIAL TIE, ON HER FIRST CHRISTMAS SHE HAD ME UNPACK HER GIFTS; NO ONE ELSE WAS ALLOWED TO DO IT. AND SHE'S SILL GRANDPA'S GIRL. SHE AND THE OTHER TWO GD'S ARE SENIORS IN HIGH SCHOOL. I MISS HAVING LITTLE GRANDKIDS :-( NOTHING PENDING TODAY, BUT A NICE DAY TO DO IT. TEE, HOPE THE BACK IS BETTER. |

Good news. The nursery is under conract for an all cash sale. We did OK on the land value. Now Sue has 6 months to liquidate inventory and clear the property. She can sell all the plants and anything else that's on the property. The buyer only wants the land and as clear as possible for a future build site. The buyer has 45 days that he can back out for any reason. After that they're commited. The buyer put 50% down and would lose that after 45 days. Up till then they can get it all back. Nothing to lose there really. Would just have to relist if the buyer backs out. So, the countdown is on. I was hoping for someone to buy the whole thing lock, stock and barrel. It would have been great as a family operation plus they would have had income starting on day one. Oh well. We tried. As I always pray, "God's will be done, not mine.".
