I wrote the date and can hardly believe that it's this late in the year. Wild.

Drove the Corvette work yesterday. 80* and sunny. Beautiful weather. Easy to get in trouble with that car. I was merging on the freeway in 3rd gear. Smashed the gas and when I looked at the speedometer I went from 50 to 95 in the blink of an eye. Oops.

Morning guys... we ended up with .85 inch of rain Thursday morning. We really needed it. This morning early, 3-4am thunder and lightning, but no measurable rain. Sidewalks and streets are wet. Supposed to be cool today, highs in the upper 50s, a 30* swing from yesterday.

Delivered the doors out to the building projects and ended up with another job or two to help them out.

CLOUDY THIS MORNING, 63 GOING FOR 78. DW BETTER, COMPLAINING BECAUSE SHE'S NOT TOTALLY OVER IT; WANTS TO GO BACK TO THE DOCTOR. I TRY TO TELL HER IT TAKES TIME. WE HAVE A COMMUNICATION PROBLEM: I CAN'T HEAR AND SHE DOESN'T LISTEN.

I still got it. . I was in the casino last night and s 42 y/o blonde that moved here from Cali walks up to me and starts talking. Next thing I know she is asking me if I'd like to join her for coffee. Dodged her by telling her I was with my wife. Not long ago a 30 something tried to pick me up and I said I was with my wife. She asked me if my wife liked women. Answer ... Ahh, no. Another time an older drunk woman was grabbing all over me as I sat at a slot machine. I told her I was with my wife. That hardly stopped her but she finally left me alone. Other times some pay for service ladies have approached me as well. I think they are attracted to the bulge in my pants from my two wallets. My daily wallet and our gambling fund wallet. Must be the love of money becasuse at 69 I can't be that hot.

I think it was the big bulges Tommy.... In my mind I am a twin to handsome movie stars....then I get of glimpse of me in a mirror.... sad....

Yesterday Doc got a call while at the end of the school day from the hospice where her mother was at. They said you should come up soon. She left immediately as the hospice is 90 minutes away. She got there and 20 minuets later her Mom crossed over. Doc said it was like she waited for me. 95 years old and had suffered with dementia for the last 5 years.... it was time....

oh my Marcus so sad. I'm glad she was able to be there. She may have dementia but they still know love. Prayers for all y'all.
Sunny here, low 80s, perfect day and I'm at work. I'll likely be here Monday too. Boss on vaca, he's way behind from work I've given him and when he gets back he'll have another pile. Installer is working solo doing the best he can. He's not happy today either, one truck dropped off for complete wrap install, filthy. I tell them to run through car wash. Well, they didn't and even door jambs are full, so extra cleaning fee for that. And, the lady already called wondering if it's done so she can pick it up. people really are stupid.

Took a turn here weather-wise today. 60* and some pouring rain. Good for the garden, bad for my enjoyment.

VB - I don't understand how / why someone would drop off a dirty truck knowing it was getting a wrap. People are dumb sometimes.
