It is very dry here and there is no relief in sight. 85 sun shin for most of the week.... irrigation systems running in most parts of the State.... does not look good.... but its early right.... I am putting on an inch or more of water on my lawn weekly..... anyone have any spare rain send it our way please.

Reglued the window for the convertible top in the Camaro today. The top edge came loose. I did the bottom last year so let's hope this fixes it.

Marcus, you're more than welcome to our rain. We're beyond sick of it here. Rain again today off and on, but coming up is some mid 80s with near 100 indexes. Yay. I'm sill on vaca til tomorrow but didn't stop one client from texting me already. Said he emailed me then asked me to email him so he could send me ideas. That math don't math. If he already emailed me, then email me again. ?? I just replied to him that I'm out till tomorrow and gave him the email and that if he sends stuff I'll see it when I'm back up there. It's the local cops with their DARE stuff so sure don't want those folks ok my bad side lol. Nothing planned here today, I'll try to get the truck unloaded of beach gear, sweep it out, chase down Kenny to get him paid for plant watering and make Arron a burger here for lunch when he gets home.
Gris, yes getting old is for the birds, long as we keep moving forward it don't matter how slow we go so long as we do go.

Hey guys, back from picking up GGD...she's growing up so fast. she is down for a nap right now.

Beautiful drive up there and back. Beautiful day, sunny, clear, warm albeit, a bit windy.

Left on a 3 day cruise to Nassau on Friday. My back has been killing me. Cruise was OK, not great, but we spend most of our time in the casino so we didn't notice the regular Food in the main dining room was prety good. Friday night I was playing the slots and was down about $283. BANG!. Hit a jackpot for $1189. Lucky for me. At $1200 they issue a form 1099. That fueled my slot play for the weekend and I was able to bring home a $700 profit. Sue got beat up a little so she left some money on the table. She hit a random juackpot on the slots that paid her over $800 to offset some of her losses.We had fun in the casino. That's the main thing. Came back to port this morning to a driving rain. The plants and grass are happy. They needed a drenching rain. Can't get the loss of our dog out of my head but I know time heals all wounds. Gradually I know the memory will fade away.

We don't drink or party much so we enjoy our disposable income with something we enjoy. We more than likely won't die broke and we budget for gambling. Still playing on our previous winnings. We always say, "Never gamble more than you can afford to lose. "

tee, sorry you'll have to go through surgery for hopeful relief. With my aching back I was telling my sister I'm not a big fan of this feeling old $#!+. I wish I felt younger. My mind and body are not in sync. I only look like an old man when I move. GRIS, as an elder, keep up the good fight. You help me to deal with what I can look forward to. "One day at a time."
