Buyer backed out on the nursery. See what the back up buyer has to say. I've always thought things happen for a reason. What is meant to be will be. No worries. The nursery produces income and keeps Sue busy. The house is quiet when Sue is busy.  |

Sorry about the buyer backing out.... although as you say when one door closes another one opens....
Keeping Teeb in our thoughts and prayers today as he goes in to have his back operated on..... he needs to be able to do the things he loves to do.... Rain rain rain..... amazing water from the sky..... we got a bit over an inch last night.... people were dancing in the streets..... hmmmm....that reminds me of a song..... dance anywhere you are at Guru's |

Yo mang.. .sorry your buyer backed out but I do agree that things happen for a reason. On the way back from Cape San Blas I stopped at a nursery outside of Wewahitchka, where, if I'd had a way to get them home, I'd brought home a 10ft Sylvester palm and a nice 30 gal Pindo palm with a trunk big as the pot. He discussed nursery buyouts and mentioned several in your area selling out, one he bought a bunch from. Said they had couple hundred acres and were selling out to developers. More concrete, less green. I still want the trees but the nearest trailer to haul home with was over $500 just one way rent.
Sunny here but we got rain again last night, plants are happy except those on the patio I've not watered yet. Laundry going, dishes in dish washer, floor mopped, not much else I'm doing today. |

I see my recent 18 hour ER/hospital stay had a price tag of over 20k. How can anybody not have health inurance when the gamble is so big? People are gambling with their future. Oh well. Everybody makes their own choices. Roll on. |
