My back is the worst it's been in 50 years since I injured it. I can't get comfortable. Neoropathy the worst it has ever been. I've almost fallen a couple of times on a turn. Now that's some . I'm trying to do a few things but it's been difficult. Sat in the hot tub this morning for 20 minutes in the recliner and two different seats so I could get full coverage from the jets. I want to do some vibration therapy on the lawmower. Have some palm fronds to pick up around the yard. No weeding for me today. Can't handle it. Tomorrow is trash and recycling day so I have to get the receptacles out. If I can cut the grass, get the trash out and clean the bird cage I'll be happy. A few weeks back it was like I crossed into a different physical period. Can't say I'm a fan. Hoping to go to bed one night and wake up feeling renewed. Wishful thinking.

Morning guys...I can relate to your dilemma Tommy. I can say this, I felt cool and wetness for the first time in years in the soles of my feet the last couple of days. The neuropathy is much reduced as well. I won't say this is a cake walk, but I have high hopes that this cures a lot of my discomfort issues. Doc explained how, in my case at least, the nerves being compressed are like a couch sitting on a carpet floor, and when you move the couch the ents are still there for a while. It sometimes takes a while for the carpet to adjust...he also went on to say sometimes it never completely does. Those are odds I have chosen to take. What I get back, I get back. What I don't, I don't. Last night to get comfortable enough to sleep I did take 2 reg strength Tylenol. Then again at 4am.

Walked 2 miles yesterday, That might have had something to do with the discomfort at bedtime. Just back from a short walk, think I'll try to be a bit more conservative today.

...so Tommy have you had back surgery? you gotta be able to move and live.... tell them to fix you.... anything has to be better than living in constant pain right?

Teeb on the mend.... have you thought about Ibuprofens instead of Tylenol.... Ibu's are anti-inflammatory and work well with back or neck pain.... just saying..... we buy it by the case and I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night so aches and pains don't keep me awake.... or helps with the early morning muscle soreness along with my coffee gets me rolling....

nice here going to try and get out da Hog for a ride after my sumptuous lunch..... rain and yuk coming all the way through the weekend.... great....

Did Aaron get you guys Hog fixed VB? fix your Hogs Guru's

Take it easy on getting back up and around Tee, getting worked on is a system shock. Therapy is a thing but a little at a time till it's better. Nerve issues aren't anything to sneeze at. Living in pain ruins the quality of life and leads to other issues. Same here, hoping they decide to fix my hip issues this coming year and quit gaslighting me. They do that to women for some reason. I have stuff torn on the sides and rear, plus the labrum in front and keep getting put off. And, with one kidney I cannot have ibuprofen to help with inflammation Tylenol it is.
Marcus, he got is parts in, but has had other side jobs scheduled so he'd not gotten it fixed yet. Was hoping he'd get it last night and we could go somewhere this weekend, but 1- it's gonna rain. never fkn fails. 2- he was worn out and we cleaned the pool (hoping to use it this weekend). Looks like our holiday will be stuck in the house or working on a bike.

Marc, "NO Nsaids" Tylenol only as per Doctors orders. Told me Nsaids increases chance of bleeding.

Letty, he also told me "Walk as much as you can. Walking will help the healing process."

My kidney doc told me to walk too, matter of fact I was up brushing my teeth couple hours post op. No way can I just lay in bed. Some days I have no issue sitting on the porch all day but at some point I have to get up and move around. Plain jane walking is one of the best things for you.
Yeah, work on the hog, can drag the grill into the shop and cook steaks, crank up the giant stereo out there, have some beer and call it a day.
