Hey guys, we did make it home Friday evening. Only about a 7 hour trip. Stopping a couple extra times for walk. Yesterday, I walked 5 different times for a total of around 2 miles. Church yesterday and then #2 invited us over for supper. Hubby grilled chicken. late last night, had a thunderstorm roll through, dropped about 3/4", but they are predicting more tonight...we'll take every drop.

Not much on the agenda today, walks throughout the day. Might try to watch a little bit of the 500 later.

Hello. Sunday I try to do next to nuthin. I'm working on it.

Marcus, you got a bang for your buck with the mulch. Funny how at the supermarket you buy a box or a bag of something that's half full of air.

Yep, Gris, more rain. Beyond sick of it. I've looked all around me within a 5 hour drive to go hiking or something so I can be outside in nature away from it and no matter where I go the storms will be. I'm going insane. Maybe it's the universe's way to tell me to stay home and clean or finish a project. Speaking of which, around 2am Arron got the bike done. The pivot bolt for the swing arm refused to come out, then as a hail mary he had a plan. Those nuts were put on with loctite but the one he needed off wont come off but the wrong one did, so he ended up needing heat up in there but no way to do that without setting the whole bike on fire. He ended up shoving a soldering wand up in there till it stunk and smoke rolled out and he put the impact on it and it came right off. He wanted to test drive it today but it's storming. also went yesterday and looked at a new Harley Pan America we liked.

Sunday funday Gurus. It was wet this morning and quite chilly. Hardly Memorial Day weekend weather.

Glad he got the bike fixed up, Letty.

TB - how are you feeling?

Marcus - we've bought that bagged mulch multiple times over the years. Always turns out to be trash - either the color fades or it's full of mold. Two years ago we started using a local mulch place the quality is ten times better for the same price, the only issue is they sell in bulk and not my the bag.

At a little dance show now for RR#1. Should start soon.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matt I'm doing good. Took Tylenol at about 9am this morning and haven't had any since. I'll take some when we go to bed, as it will sometimes keep me from sleeping comfortably. Tomorrow marks one week since surgery and I'm doing better than I had thought I would be.. not better than I hoped, but better than I thought.

Glad he got the HD back together..... I been studying the new Pan Americas...... If I was younger one of those might have been fun to take into the wilds.....like a road trip to Alaska....

wet and rainy here so went over to the village to the west who has a Menards and got all the materials to finish the front porch steps.... all 479 bucks worth.... the cost of stuff is nuts.... Teeb glad you are home and hope you are laying low...

Tomorrow I will raise a glass to all those who sacrificed everything...... raise a glass Guru's.....and help me say thank you!
