mid week already - where is everybody? I"m hardly ever the first one up in here.
Already been pretty busy this morning, sun is trying to be out, minus the Canadian smoke, the overcast makes it a tad cooler than otherwise. Hoping for a slow day today, am wore out from gym last night, got overheated so was still up around 3am, drank more hydrate/electrolyte mix and finally went to sleep. Make it a good day yall

Been busy this week with TKD. Main instructors are on vacation so I've been running the school the past few days. I don't mind at all and I enjoy it. Those kids will be begging for the nice instructors to come back and give them a break from the hard work 😁

Rain here with a little cooler weather. Worked outside yesterday when it was hot and sunny and I have a little redness to show for it.

halfway decent here....was sunny and bright but getting some clouds drifting by now.... out trying to sell a farmer today on the wonders of Nitro Mag.... turns out he is a Firebird fanatic and has a black Ram Air 2002 with only a few miles on it and some drag race cars also..... so we talked cars and he says he would like to try some fert so there you go....

need to get back on the porch steps before the next rain... get after something Guru's

Is going to the doctors considered going out? Went to the derm surgeon today for a consult. MOHs surgery next Tuesday. Heart doc called and wants to see me later this month and I go to see my primary doc next week. Is that what aging is all about?

Went and got some more stuff from the storage unit. I'll get that unloaded by the end of the week hopefully. The Mrs wants to hang a curtain rod tomorrow. Looks like the honey do list is growing. Well we're being sued by the people who bought our house saying we breached the contract. We have to have a conference call with the lawyer soon. Time to hit the hay. Ha ve a good night gang,
