Good morning, Gris. Muggy here, stormed ALL night, kept me awake, if it wasn't for ADHD meds I'd be asleep under my desk. Finalizing bill for Busch today to get that sent in, putting the candy car in the print que, got a bazillion signage things for radio station in there too for upcoming Fourth Fest, not sure what else yet. Boxing tonight but might skip it as i've not slept. We'll see. Supposed to be mid 90s all weekend, wish I was rich, I'd find somewhere a tad cooler to be for a couple months. I like summer but these near 100 temps plus humidity I just can't do. Lots of businesses closed for the new federal holiday. Weird I'm working. Can I get a special holiday?

Hope you guys are celebrating Juneteenth in the usual fashion. It needs a hook like Cinco de Mayo and St Patricks day which ARE NOT national holidays.

Got my bloodwork back. Glucose 101. Just over the limit. A1C well over normal but not quite diabetic. Need to monitor. Folate serum was borderline high. Everything else was in the green. Piss test all neg. Guess I can live with that. Might need some Jardiance but I'm afraid I might break out singing and dancing.

Saw the back P.A. yesterday. NO, no, no to surgery. 50/50 not worth the risk to me. Might have to get me a nice high performance scooter. I've actually been thinking of making my home more access friendly, for the future, ya know.

Sue is very concerned about my back issues. No one to pull the Vulcan weeds. I dread getting old with her. She is merciless when it comes mobility. She bitched at her mother till she drew her dying breath trying to get her to move and exercise more. She means well.
